Former President Donald Trump is taking an unprecedented approach to preparing for a potential return to the White House, signaling his distrust of the FBI by opting to use private companies for conducting security clearances on political appointees. The move comes in response to what Trump and his allies describe as years of politically motivated targeting by the agency.

Trump’s team announced plans to rely on private firms for conducting background checks on nominees for his administration. This decision bypasses the FBI’s traditional role in the process, with Trump intending to grant security clearances to appointees immediately upon taking office. Only after his own leadership is installed at the FBI will the agency resume involvement in vetting processes.

This approach is a direct response to allegations of misconduct by the FBI during Trump’s first term and beyond.

Trump and his supporters have long accused the FBI of politically motivated actions against him. Under the leadership of James Comey and Christopher Wray, the FBI relied on the controversial Steele dossier to justify surveillance of Trump and his associates, a move widely criticized as baseless after investigations debunked much of the dossier’s claims.

Critics also point to the August 2022 raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, where agents reportedly searched through personal items, including those belonging to the former First Lady. Trump has labeled the raid as evidence of the FBI’s bias, calling it a “politicized attack.”

Given this history, Trump’s distrust of the FBI is unsurprising. “There is absolutely no reason that Trump would trust the corrupt, politicized FBI today or EVER,” one report claimed.

The use of private companies for background checks reflects this sentiment. Trump’s allies argue that the FBI, in its current form, cannot be trusted to fairly assess nominees without engaging in what they describe as politically motivated interference.

By using private firms, Trump can control the vetting process for his nominees and ensure that security clearances are issued without delay. The plan is for the FBI to reassume its role in background checks only after Trump appoints leaders he believes will restore the agency’s neutrality and integrity.

Proponents of the move say it protects the administration from what they describe as “deep state” tactics aimed at sabotaging Trump’s picks for key positions.

“The concern is that the current corrupted FBI will use their investigation process to nuke some of Trump’s nominees,” a supporter explained.

This decision raises significant questions about the balance of power and the politicization of federal institutions. Critics argue that bypassing the FBI sets a dangerous precedent, undermining trust in the nation’s established security protocols.

Others see the move as a necessary step to counter what they perceive as institutional bias within the FBI. They argue that the agency has lost credibility through its handling of investigations into Trump and his associates over the years.

Trump’s ultimate goal is to reshape the FBI under his leadership, ensuring it operates free from political motivations. His team plans to install new leadership within the agency to address what they see as systemic issues that have eroded public trust.

Once these changes are implemented, Trump intends to restore the FBI’s role in background checks and other critical functions.

Unsurprisingly, Trump’s decision has drawn mixed reactions. His supporters applaud the move as a bold response to years of alleged injustice, while critics decry it as an attack on institutional norms.

Some legal experts warn that relying on private firms for security clearances could introduce risks, as these firms may lack the resources and oversight mechanisms that federal agencies like the FBI possess.

Trump’s approach to the FBI reflects broader tensions in U.S. politics, where federal agencies have increasingly been drawn into partisan battles. The controversy surrounding the FBI’s handling of investigations into Trump and his allies has become a flashpoint in debates about the agency’s role and independence.

By sidelining the FBI, Trump is sending a clear message: He views the agency as compromised and incapable of conducting its duties without bias.

As Trump prepares for a potential second term, his decision to rely on private firms for background checks highlights deep divisions in American politics and raises critical questions about the future of federal institutions.

While the move has its critics, it also underscores Trump’s determination to navigate a political landscape he views as hostile, setting the stage for significant changes should he return to the White House.

  • The Communist FBI ( Following Biden’s Instructions) is no different than anyone in the Communist Democrat Party, all Lies, Corruption, Deceit, Threats, Power Hungry, Thieves, Cheats, Murderers, Anti-Constitution, Anti-American, Pedophiles, Rapist, Child sex ring operator’s, so their no different than the Communist Democratic Party.!

Dismantle the Communist FBI and the Communist ATF, IRS along with the Communist CIA, U.N., ACLU, EPA.
They have brought America down to the core of pure Hatred towards the American Citizens.

  • I wouldn’t trust the FBI with a simple robbery of over $20. They can no longer be trusted to do the job the way it should be done. A good place to start is removing anyone that has the title of Deputy, Senior, director, and the like from the agency: In otherwords FIRED!

  • Gee, I don’t remember any eyebrows raised when Biden was appointing his cabinet members and filling other posts. In fact, a lot of his choices had little or no experience with the job they were being given. Well, we’re faced with four years of the criminal cabal posing as a political party ( Democrat) and their corrupt media riding shotgun over everything President Trump tries to accomplish, lying, twisting and fabricating to continue the demonization of our President.
