During Sunday’s game between the Detroit Lions and the New Orleans Saints, a sideline official suffered a severe leg fracture following a collision with Saints running back Alvin Kamara.
Video footage of the incident shows Kamara being pushed out of bounds by Lions linebacker Derrick Barnes and subsequently colliding with the official, resulting in him being thrown into the air.
Subsequently, he was seen lying on the ground, exhibiting signs of pain with his lower limb notably displaced from its normal position.

The League has not issued a statement on this game.
