A recent post on the X platform features a court filing by former President Donald Trump, alleging serious misconduct by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
If proven true, this claim could potentially lead to her removal from the RICO case against Trump. Techno Fog, an account with “lawyer” in its profile, shared this information and emphasized an important point made in Trump’s latest filing.
According to the post, DA Fani Willis violated Georgia ethics rules when she publicly accused the defendants of racism after they brought up her alleged affair with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade.
In response to these accusations, Trump argues that dismissing the case is necessary since making claims that ignite racial division requires severe consequences.
The post includes a video clip showing Willis suggesting that criticisms directed at her regarding allegations of an affair with Nathan Hale, as well as misusing county funds by making excessive payments to him while they traveled together, are rooted in racism.
“Rule 3.8 requires Willis to refrain from allegations ‘that have a substantial likelihood of heightening public condemnation of the accused,’” the Techno Fog account noted in another post containing screenshots of Trump’s legal filing. “Rule 3.6 forbids statements that would ‘materially’ prejudice a proceeding.
“Clear violation; the only question is the appropriate remedy,” the account noted further.

The account was further mentioned in another X post, making an argument that the parties need to address a Constitutional violation by Willis which compromised their right to a fair trial.
“As the Supreme Court has noted: Few, if any, interests under the Constitution are more fundamental than the right to a fair trial by ‘impartial’ jurors, and an outcome affected by extrajudicial statements would violate that fundamental right.”
There's also a Constitutional argument that the parties need to make – that Willis violated their right to a fair trial.

In September, The Federalist revealed that Willis possesses exculpatory evidence that vindicates some of the individuals she has accused as “fake electors.” As a result, on Friday, the GOP-led Georgia Senate voted to establish a fresh committee tasked with investigating Willis.
“A resolution senators passed 30-19 along party lines will create a special committee with subpoena power to probe the allegations against Willis, who obtained an indictment last August accusing Trump and 18 others of trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia that saw Democrat Joe Biden carry the Peach State” over Trump, the Macon-based Telegraph newspaper reported in online editions.
Earlier this month, a motion was filed on behalf of Michael Roman in the Fulton County Superior Court, alleging misconduct by Willis. While Willis has not yet responded directly to these allegations, it is expected that she will submit a response to the court before the February 2 deadline.
Senate Republicans asserted on Friday that it falls within the jurisdiction of Georgia lawmakers to investigate Willis’ alleged improper association with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
They justified this claim by pointing out that Wade has received nearly $654,000 in legal fees from public funds since January 2022 for pursuing this case.
“I am deeply troubled by the poor judgment of our D.A., Fani Willis,” state Sen. Brandon Beach, R-Alpharetta, told his colleagues on the Senate floor before Friday’s vote, the outlet reported. “I believe this scheme … was a fraud against the court and a fraud against the taxpayer.”
“This resolution is about an officer of the state of Georgia … and how they are using state funds,” Sen. Greg Dolezal, R-Cumming, the measure’s chief sponsor, said. “This falls squarely within what we should be talking about and what we should be addressing.”
The committee will be composed of nine members, with a requirement that three of them must be Democrats. Earlier this week, The Washington Post reported that the judge overseeing her case against Trump has instructed an inquiry into her alleged misconduct.
This is a simple case, Willis is guilty and should be jailed.

This case should never have got this far. As soon as she said she would get Trump when she was running for office, she should not have been able to try him in her state. She proved she was out to get him before he ever stood trail. She was doing the bidding of her political party.
