Judicial Watch: Las Vegas Police Records Raise Concerns About Biden’s Health

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch revealed it obtained radio records from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department showing that roads were shut down on July 17 to facilitate access to a local hospital after President Joe Biden fell ill.

On that same day, Biden unexpectedly canceled a scheduled campaign event in Las Vegas and later announced he had tested positive for COVID-19.

Video footage captured Biden boarding Air Force One in Las Vegas, appearing to struggle as he ascended the steps on his way back to Washington, D.C.

Several days later Biden emerged from hiding with a huge bruise on his chin.

Rumors began swirling that Joe Biden had a more serious medical emergency after law enforcement sources began leaking info to reporters.

The Oversight Project previously obtained audio from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department discussing Biden’s July 17 medical emergency.

“For everyone on the radio, right now POTUS is 421. He’s being seen, so we’re just kinda waiting to see how this is shaping out. So, for everybody’s knowledge, he’s 421 right now, we’re just trying to figure out what’s going on we’re gonna go from there,” the first responder said.

Code “421” describes a sick or injured individual, according to the Las Vegas Metro PD.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton raised concerns about the transparency surrounding President Joe Biden’s health following newly released police radio recordings from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. These recordings, obtained by Judicial Watch, detail the swift actions taken by law enforcement after Biden experienced a health scare during a visit to Las Vegas in July.

According to Judicial Watch, the Las Vegas police provided three audio recordings, none of which included date or time stamps. The recordings mainly capture efforts to reroute traffic for Biden’s motorcade, but they also reveal the moment Biden was declared “Code 421,” meaning sick or injured, leading to a rapid response involving full road closures and lights and sirens.

One of the recordings, a 43-minute audio clip, begins with the control center asking officers about the presence of drones over the Stratosphere Tower. Shortly after, Biden’s condition is described as a “Code 421,” and officers are instructed to respond with urgency. The following exchange highlights the intensity of the situation:

“Alright, so right now we be on a hold with something with the president, so if you can go ahead, you can go ahead and let some of that north and south flow, but not east and west, just north and south please,” an officer states.

Later, another officer informs his team: “For everybody on the radio, right now POTUS [Biden] is 421 [sick or injured]. He’s being seen, so we are kind of waiting to see how this is shaping out, so for everybody’s knowledge, he’s 421 right now. We’re just trying to figure out what’s going on and we’re going to go from there.”

The situation quickly escalates as officers are instructed to secure the motorcade route. One officer asks, “When you say ASAP, do you want us Code 3 [lights and sirens] there?” The response: “Yes, please.” Shortly thereafter, full road closures are ordered to ensure the motorcade can move swiftly and safely.

In a separate 4-minute recording, officers can be heard coordinating the perimeter security around University Medical Center Hospital, where Biden was expected to arrive. As part of the response, a “Max Tac Alert,” signaling maximum tactical alert, is declared. Plainclothes officers are also instructed to “tac up” before proceeding to Valley Hospital, where they would await the president’s arrival.

Another 4-minute recording captures officers responding with Code 3 (lights and sirens) to block intersections and secure roads for the motorcade, with units working on two separate radio channels. While some officers moved with Biden’s convoy, others scrambled to close key roads.

In response to questions about the incident, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre downplayed the situation, insisting that there was no medical emergency. She stated, “He was not. As you know, the President — when we were in Vegas tested positive for COVID. We let you all know and then we flew back here. Outside of that, there was no medical emergency.”

However, Tom Fitton, Judicial Watch’s president, expressed skepticism about the official narrative, stating, “These Las Vegas Police Department recordings raise significant questions about whether the American people were told the full truth about President Biden’s health status.”

The recordings provide a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the security measures taken after Biden’s sudden health issue, which led him to cancel a planned campaign event in Las Vegas on July 17. The president later announced he had tested positive for COVID-19, but the police recordings suggest a more urgent situation than what was initially disclosed.
