Catholic Charities and Obama Foundation working with Chicago on Replacement Migration

The FOIA emails also revealed a joint effort among various organizations, including Mayor Andy Schor of Lansing, Michigan, to “resettle” illegal immigrants in Chicago.

Additionally, it was noted that Illinois taxpayers are expected to bear an extra $1 billion burden in 2024, with a significant portion allocated for the care of illegal immigrants.

The FOIA documents provide a timeline from December 2022 to March 2024 showing regular reports from Catholic Charities and New Life Centers regarding the resettlement of over 15,200 “new arrivals.”

The email thread focuses on updates from Catholic Charities and New Life Centers, with frequent discussions about the specific activities related to the resettlement program.

For instance, there is an exchange of emails between a ComEd (Exelon Corporation) employee sharing data on the percentage of customers making full payments, partial payments, and no payments.

In response, Kirstin Chernawsky, Associate Secretary Early Childhood Family & Community at the Illinois Department of Human Services, suggests creating a one-page flyer to inform migrants about what to do if they receive a late payment notice.

The email below illustrates the absurdity of the situation, as the Catholic Charities VP notifies the ComEd official about the officials included in the collaborative effort.

The email chain includes titles such as Deputy Mayor for Immigrant, Migrant, and Refugee Rights, First Deputy Mayor for Immigrant, Migrant, and Refugee Rights, Chief Philanthropy Officer, and Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant, Migrant, and Refugee Rights.

A brief review of the City of Chicago employee database shows that these four employees collectively earn an annual salary of $665K.

These positions and their titles reveal just a fraction of the significant tax increases that Illinoisans and Chicagoans have faced in recent years.

In a recent troubling passage, a Catholic Charities report informs the collaborative group that a pilot program has been established to redirect victims of domestic violence to an alternative facility.

The article highlighted that one of the facilities harboring undocumented individuals had amassed over 200 pages of incident responses from the Chicago PD. Among these incidents were numerous cases of domestic violence and child abuse.

The project management of multiple entities seems to be efficient and well-coordinated, but there is a noticeable absence of consideration for associated costs.

This trend brings about heightened expenses and criminal activity that would not occur within a secure and lawful immigration system.

The United States has borne, and will continue to bear, the repercussions of inflation, greater tax obligations, increased crime rates, heightened terrorist threats, job losses, rising homelessness, and limited access to healthcare.

It could be argued that this entire initiative represents a left-leaning policy response to address the concerning issue of sustained declines in birth rates as outlined by the CDC.

Advocates on the left will persist in dismissing “Replacement Migration” as a conspiracy theory propagated by right-wing extremists.

This stance disregards an impartial evaluation conducted by the United Nations in 2000 concerning worries about population decline and aging societies titled “Replacement Migration,” which is readily accessible on their website.

A wise philosopher once remarked that “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.”

The FOIA documents reveal a widespread endeavor during the Biden administration to actively support and finance illegal immigration into Chicago, a sanctuary city.

This initiative facilitates the large-scale resettlement of largely unchecked and unvetted illegal immigrants as part of a broad social engineering effort likely to substantially expand the welfare state.

Consequently, government growth will surge along with the burden on taxpayers.

Meanwhile, American citizens are suffering from Fentanyl-related deaths, homelessness persists without relief, veterans lack necessary healthcare support, citizens become victims of illegal activities, women and children are trafficked across an open border, and national security is compromised as known terrorists enter the country with impunity.

While good intentions may be present among those involved in these emails, they do not alter the fact that their actions contribute to a global crisis involving crimes against humanity.
