Motions by The New York Times, CNN, The Rolling Stone, ABC, CBS, to dismiss the defamation lawsuit filed by Covington Catholic teen Nick Sandmann against multiple left-wing news outlets were denied.

“Today marks another important step towards achieving justice against a media that thinks it has a license to smear,” said Nicholas Sandmann.

Sandmann spoke at the Republican Convention and talked about the damage that the Fake news had done to his life, after he was confronted with a far-left activist, who attempted to make Sandmann angry and reaction to a tense situation because Sandmann was wearing a red MAGA hat when the Mainstream media framed him as being violent.

“Today marks another important step towards achieving justice against a media that thinks it has a license to smear,” Sandmann told The Post Millennial.

Sandmann’s defamation lawsuit against The Washington Post was initially dismissed. Sandmann’s attorneys later amended the complaint, reopening the suit. In July, The Washington Post settled the lawsuit with an amount not disclosed to the public.

Sandmann’s lawyers also filed a lawsuit on his behalf against CNN in March 2019, seeking $275 million in damages for “vicious” and “direct attacks” towards the high schooler. In January of this year, CNN settled the lawsuit with an undisclosed amount.

Sandmann was in Washington DC while attending the March for Life, and the media concentrated on conflict with Nicholas Sandmann that year and ignored why he was there.

The theory “History shows mass, peaceful protests works”….and that may be why Sandmann was targeted for a story.
