(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today it received 87 pages of records from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that show senior members of Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel’s Office (SCO) repeatedly and “accidentally” wiped phones assigned to them…
… In a table that appears to be a tabulation of Special Counsel’s Office reviews of phones used by Robert Mueller’steam for records-preservation purposes, 27 phones were reported wiped clean of all data prior to the review having taken place:
-20 phones were reported wiped of data due to “accidental wipe” (usually from entering the password too many times);
-2 phones were reported wiped after placed in airplane mode from which they could not be unlocked because password was forgotten, including the phones of Andrew Weissmann (2 phones) and two deputies of Mueller, Kyle Freeny and Rush Atkinson.
-1 phone was wiped clean without explanation.
There are no records of Robert Mueller’s phone’s ever being reviewed.
When you stop to consider the scope of the effort to obscure evidence from later investigation, the level of obstruction screams spoliation of evidence.

The participants were all experienced prosecutors who regularly prosecute subjects who erase evidence. Not many of us have ever heard of even a single case where someone erased the contents of their phone in this manner.
Twenty-seven phones all tied to the same witch hunt of our sitting president… This was no accident.
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany explained the press corps one-sided attacks on members of the Trump administration and their collective silence (protection?) of media reporting of a corrupt coup attempt, during a segment with Fox News’ Sean Hannity.
“They don’t care. How many times have I been asked questions about very legitimate things like Michael Flynn, the injustice done to him?
“The Obama Administration, that Oval Office meeting … we find out that Susan Rice, on the way out the door, writes this email inscribing a meeting from days prior, weeks prior actually, and says Obama did everything by the book. This was a very curious email. [I’m] not asked about that because they simply don’t care and there are two tiers of justice in this country. One for [Special Counsel Robert] Mueller’s team and Hillary Clinton, and another for Michael Flynn and the Trump administration.”
“Now we learn what Mueller’s team was doing. Several dozens, think about that, several dozens of devices returned damaged, wiped clean, some of them intentionally so. One of those devices was Andrew Weissmann’s … who was rebuked 9-0 by the Supreme Court for prosecutorial overreach and misconduct — and Lisa Page too, among these offenders.
“Muller is saying, ‘We’ll prosecute you for process, while we, several dozens of us, are engaging in the same kind of obstruction.’”
None of this should come as a surprise this late into President Trump’s first term. Candidate Trump made his intentions clear during an October 2016 campaign speech.
President Trump came into this fully aware that he would be subject to one attack after another for daring to take on those who believe their role in what has evolved into a permanent government trumps the peoples’ right to choose the direction of the country and the president who will lead them. The media act as a wholly owned subsidiary of that Deep State.
“Our movement is about replacing a failed and corrupt establishment with a new government, controlled by you, the American people.
“The Washington establishment and the financial and media corporations that fund it exists for only one reason, to protect and enrich itself.
“The establishment has trillions of dollars at stake in this election for those who control the levers of power in Washington.
“And for the global special interests they partner with, these people that don’t have your good in mind, our campaign represents a true existential threat…
