This piece calls out Democratic leaders for misrepresenting new cellphone footage of an ICE shooting in Minnesota, argues the video supports the agent’s self-defense claim, and highlights Republican responses that say the Democrats’ post is misleading and dangerous.

I wrote earlier about activists confronting Border Patrol and warned that demonizing federal agents invites violence; now a woman has died and multiple agents have been attacked. The escalation shows the real costs of political posturing when people treat officers as targets instead of human beings doing a dangerous job. The footage released from the ICE agent’s point of view changes the discussion from rumor to concrete fact.

Democrats posted a clip and tried to spin it, cherry-picking moments while leaving out crucial context from the middle of the encounter. They highlight the phrase “I’m not mad at you” while ignoring the rest of the interaction that shows taunting and interference. That selective presentation distorts what the available video actually shows and misleads their followers.

The full cellphone video tells a different story: women interfering with agents, taunting them, and at least one person, Renee Good, driving toward and striking an ICE agent with a vehicle. The agent was lucky not to be severely injured, and the slippery conditions made the situation even more dangerous. When you piece together the middle of the incident, the notion that the agent was the aggressor does not hold up.

Members of one party omitted the full footage on purpose, because the unedited evidence undermines their narrative. That omission matters because when political operatives weaponize fragments of video they shift public anger toward law enforcement instead of toward the people who actually endangered others. The choice to leave out material that weakens your story is a choice to inflame rather than inform.

Look at the way the Democrats paired the opening statement with the agent’s expletive, forgetting everything in between that alters the meaning. They used the line “I’m not mad at you” as a soundbite while pretending the rest of the interaction doesn’t exist. Meanwhile, the agent’s reaction after being struck is not shown in full context, which is crucial to understanding why he responded the way he did.

The pattern here is clear: post a deceptive clip, charge the other side with “disinformation,” and keep followers riled up without presenting the whole truth. That tactic puts officers at ongoing risk by encouraging followers to view federal agents as villains rather than as people who are sometimes forced to defend themselves. This is not abstract rhetoric — it has real-world consequences for officers, bystanders, and even the activists involved.

Republicans pushed back hard. Representative Pat Fallon from Texas called out the misleading presentation and demanded accountability for endangering officers. His criticism reflects a broader concern: if one side treats selective edits as a political tactic, civic trust erodes and public safety suffers. Leaders should be held to a higher standard when their posts can spur violence.

White House Deputy Press Secretary Abigail Jackson also criticized the post and warned that such messaging puts ICE officers at risk. Her remarks underline how dangerous selective editing can be when used to create a false narrative. The administration’s response shows that this is not a partisan complaint in the abstract but a concrete objection to reckless public messaging.

Those who care about public order should ask why anyone would omit evidence that the agent’s actions were defensive and instead spread an edited clip that inflames people. The answer is simple: power politics. When winning matters more than truth, you get messaging strategies that sacrifice safety for outrage. That dynamic explains why some politicians continue to push partial narratives despite the availability of fuller footage.

The stakes are high. When officials use selective video to stoke anger, they are effectively encouraging confrontations with law enforcement personnel. That’s not responsible leadership; it’s political opportunism that can lead to injuries or deaths. Citizens deserve honest context, not manipulative clips designed for clicks and anger.

As this plays out in Minnesota, remember the central facts visible in the full footage: a chaotic confrontation, taunting and interference with agents, and a vehicle striking an officer. Those elements change how we evaluate the agent’s actions, and they matter more than any single edited line or viral post. The public conversation needs the whole picture, not partisan spin.

This activist maniac you try to make some Martyr actually got what she deserved; but you slime buckets had nothing good to say about Air Force Veteran Ashli Babbitt when Capitol Police officer Lt. Michael Byrd blew Ashli away when she was only climbing though an opening in a doorway at the Capitol building unarmed!!! But that excessive force and shooting her point blank in the neck with a “definite kill shot” was a “good kill” as far as you scum of the earth bitches and bastards are concerned that are destroying our country! Ashli was a 3 tour Air Force Veteran and good Mother/Wife as well as being a “True Patriot” that loved and defended her Country! “For God, for Country, and for Family.” The Best of the Best!!!
