ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith didn’t hold back in criticizing Hillary Clinton for her sarcastic comments towards voters.
Clinton was a guest on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” promoting the Broadway musical “Suffs,” which she co-produced about the women’s suffrage movement.
During the interview, Fallon mentioned the upcoming presidential election and asked Clinton for her thoughts on voters’ frustration with Trump and Biden as the main contenders.

He proceeded to list the numerous shortcomings of Clinton’s unsuccessful 2016 campaign, including the lack of appearances in Wisconsin and the investigation by former FBI Director James B. Comey into the former secretary of state.
“The last thing you need to do is to do anything to agitate a potential voter in this particular election,” he noted.
Phillip inquired about Clinton’s statement regarding the stark differences between Biden and Trump, which Smith strongly supported by expressing his reluctance to vote for Trump.
“But at the end of the day, what I’m saying is that at some point in time you gotta take into account what the voter’s thinking about,” he said.
Smith claimed that a significant number of voters are unconcerned about the multiple accusations being brought against Trump.
“Nobody wants to hear that from Hillary Rodham Clinton at this particular point in time because especially if you’re Joe Biden, what are you really, really worried about right now?” he continued. “You’re worried about folks coming to the polls. You’re worried about them showing to the polls to vote for you.”
He observed that Clinton’s words are not motivating voters to go to the polls, which is crucial for the president. Smith accurately captures the issue by highlighting it.
Encouraging people to toughen up and “move on” will not attract voters to a politician’s support group.
Hillary Clinton has consistently shown herself to be a public relations disaster, lacking charisma except among die-hard Democratic supporters.
Smith recognizes this and should be commended for standing by his convictions and identifying the shortcomings of the party he seems to support.
