On October 23rd, the trial of President Trump’s co-defendants, attorneys Sidney Powell and Ken Chesebro, for RICO and conspiracy charges will commence.

Last month, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis issued charges against President Trump and 18 other individuals in response to their challenge of the 2020 election results. Recently, DA Willis has threatened the defendants in this case due to her lack of preparation for trial.

A Fulton County grand jury returned a 41-count indictment, including Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act violations and conspiracy charges, against Trump. Additionally, there are 30 unidentified unindicted co-conspirators.

In response to the indictment, Trump’s indicted lawyers Ken Chesebro and Sidney Powell requested speedy trials and formally asked a judge for their cases to be separated.

Kenneth Chesebro, an attorney of Donald Trump, was charged with one count of RICO, nine counts of Conspiracy to Commit Impersonating a Public Officer, eleven counts of Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree, thirteen counts of Conspiracy to Commit False Statements and Writings, fifteen counts of Conspiracy to Commit Filing False Documents, seventeen counts of Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree and nineteen counts of Conspiracy to Commit False Statements and Writings.

Sidney Powell was charged with counts 1, and 32-37: RICO, Conspiracy to Commit Election Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Trespass, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Invasion of Privacy and Conspiracy to Defraud the State.

Fani Willis has proposed to try all 19 defendants together, which would consequently deny the Constitutional right of Donald Trump to a fair trial.

This is due to her lack of preparation for individual trials, leading her to believe that combining all 18 co-defendants with Trump in one proceeding would be the most efficient course of action. However, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee has stated that Chesebro and Powell will be tried together in the coming month, and expressed doubt that Trump would join them at this time.

“Based on what’s been presented today, I’m not finding that severance for Mr. Chesebro or Ms. Powell is necessary to achieve a fair determination of the guilt or innocence for either defendant,” McAfee said according to the Wall Street Journal.

The Wall Street Journal reported:

Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro, two defendants in the Georgia racketeering case against former President Donald Trump and others, will be tried together in October, a judge said Wednesday, adding that he doubted Trump would see his day in court so soon.

Making his first ruling from the bench in the trial on charges that 19 co-defendants conspired to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee rejected arguments by Powell and Chesebro that it would be unfair for them to be tried in a single proceeding, which the judge has set to begin Oct. 23.

McAfee also said he was “very skeptical” that Trump and the 16 other defendants in the case besides Powell and Chesebro will also be tried on Oct. 23. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has argued that all 19 can be tried together, and the judge said he would allow additional written briefing from her office on that issue.

President Trump has requested a delay in his trial and that his case be separated from the other defendants.

  • something has to be done about Fani Wilis and her Communist prosecutors, President Trump being charged with RICO, meanwhile another Republican DA has arrested 61 Antifa member’s with the same charge, RICO and Domestic he Terrorists, communist Democrats are saying he can’t do that (protecting the Anti-American thugs) but it’s OK to charge a former President since it’s all Anti-American, Anti-Constitution Communist Democrats doing it.

    • Yes they are communists. Where are our police and military officials who have taken an oath to uphold the constitution… against foreign AND domestic enemies? Arrest and jail these scumbags until FAIR elections can be ensured. In person, with I.D., voting only.

  • Doesn’t Democrats/Georgia’s whole case depend on the premise that there was no voter fraud? Won’t this finally give Powell and others a chance to show evidence that there was fraud?

  • FANNYPACK MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS COMPLETE TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE!! EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN HAS THE RIGHT(!!!), THE RIGHT!!! TO QUESTION ANY AND ALL ELECTIONS!!! Just like GORE, HILDEBITCH AND MANY OTHERS THROUGHOUT OUR HISTORY HAVE DONE!!! AMERICANS WE MUST TAKE FANNYPACK, BRAGG AND MOST OF ALL JACK “ THE SUCKUP” SMITH AND GORILLA GARLAND INTO CUSTODY FOLLOWING DT’S 2024 ELECTION WIN AND MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT EVER (!!!) GERRY OUT OF PRISON!!!

    • Agree with you but unless we get a strong Republican WH and Congress, these basXXerds will continue doing what they accuse other people of doing. They have to know how to do it before they accuse others doing of what they are already illegally doing.
