The United States legal system is founded on rigid principles. Sometimes, it may appear that these principles may favor the wrong side. There are a clear set of guidelines that must be followed to ensure a fair and impartial trial. It’s simply the way it must be. Americans are innocent until proven guilty. It’s the cornerstone of this foundation.
Furthermore, every single American accused of a crime has the right to a defense. If the person cannot afford an attorney, the U.S. legal system provides them with one for free.
It is a lawyer, and his or her team, that are entrusted with providing the best possible defense they can. This right to counsel, coupled with being innocent until proven guilty, cannot be compromised.
Fair and impartial justice evaporates when these principles are violated. But what happens when one side of the legal equation, either the defense or the prosecution, ethically violates the right to a fair and impartial defense? How can anyone receive a fair trial if a person or persons within their defense team doesn’t have the defendant’s best interests in mind?
In short, they can’t. It’s impossible to receive a fair trial, for instance, if the prosecutory team plants a mole within the defense’s legal team.
Such trickery usually results in grave consequences for the legal team committing the unconscionable offense. It could and should lead to harsh penalties, even disbarment.
As the radical left-controlled Biden Department of Justice continues to persecute innocent Americans caught up in the January 6 chaos, such incidents are becoming an alarming trend. Julie Kelly has been covering the January 6 trials extensively.
Kelly, a senior contributor for “American Greatness,” has uncovered no less than ten informants implanted in the Proud Boys.
Members of The Proud Boys are a key target in the left’s prosecutory assault on individuals present on January 6. They are feverishly trying to build a false narrative that the right-wing group worked secretly with President Trump to create a riotous environment on January 6, situations that triggered violence. They did not.
Kelly has also reported that at least five of the Proud Boys’ defendants who are on trial have had their defense teams embedded with corrupt FBI moles. This startling information has rocked these trials. Americans across the nation, regardless of their political beliefs, should be rightfully infuriated. This is an assault on the U.S. judicial system.
Planting spies inside a legal team totally erodes the core principles of our legal system. It erases any sense of a fair and impartial trial. If this cornerstone crumbles, a key principle in American democracy will be destroyed. January 6 is the most corrupt manipulation of our legal system in U.S. history. But it’s the exact opposite of what Americans are being told!
