Sometimes, because of the utter insanity of their ideas, the left is just such an easy target. Almost as soon as one of their pet peeves begins, people realize how bogus the notion actually is. As an example, collectively, Democrats screamed for a defunding of America’s police departments.
Anyone with an ounce of common sense would realize what a horrible idea this is. Eventually, the left’s “defund the police” argument was proven to be such. However, as crime skyrocketed across the country, Democrats tried to run from their idiotic suggestion.
Similar things have happened to the left’s crazy green planet initiative. Sure, the world would do well to explore more viable, cleaner, and renewable sources of energy. A haphazard leap that obliterates fossil fuels immediately, on the other hand, is a really dumb idea.
As Americans watch gas prices soar to record heights, the sheer stupidity of this idea becomes clearer. The left loves coddling the “cause du jour.” Whenever radicals scream about some type of social injustice, the left is quick to jump on the bandwagon.
But there’s been one big problem. Invariably, these bandwagons aren’t what they appear to be. This has been the case repeatedly. What’s most funny is when people call them out on their B.S. Hand in hand with chants to “defund the police,” Democrats “cozied up” to the so-called BLM movement.
First, singling out one race, as if their lives matter more than another, is racist. All lives matter, period. But liberals quickly took the bait. They dressed in African-American cloaks as if suddenly their own skin color had miraculously darkened. It was a pathetic display.
But then the underbelly of the Black Lives Matter movement was exposed. These people couldn’t care less about America’s black men or women. It was a radical political agenda to cause an ugly upheaval in the country. Democrats took the bait, hook, line, and sinker.
Now, everyone knows that BLM was nothing but a Marxist scheme. It actually took an American black man and his outspoken black female friend to bring sense to a senseless cause. Kanye West is anything but conventional. West doesn’t go in for supporting causes out of blind allegiance.
As a famous black American, West immediately knew that BLM was not as it appeared. It was a sham. He knew it, and he tried to explain to people why he knew it. But no one on the left would listen. West was chastised, attached to an insane racist theme.
How in the world can a black man be racist against black Americans? If you’re thinking, “He cannot,” you’re right. But West made his point perfectly clear at his Paris fashion show. West and his friend Candace Owens showed up wearing “White Lives Matter” shirts.
If it weren’t a cliché, the world would echo with the sound of liberal heads exploding. But the social media response by leftists was even more insane. Some accused West of violence because he wore a tee-shirt.
Vogue contributing editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson called West’s choice of apparel “pure violence.” She doubled down after being confronted on social media by Owens. But this just opened the door for him to expose the left’s charade.
The one-of-a-kind rapper posted on his Instagram account, “Everyone knows that Black Lives Matter was a scam. Now over. You’re welcome.” This situation exposes the total absurdity of virtually every leftist cause.
BLM is a total sham. They misused donation money. They’ve been caught living lavish lives on the backs of people they say matter. But that’s the way the left operates. Climb onboard the activist bandwagon du jour. But they had better be careful. Invariably, the wheels fall off these wagons.
