On Monday, law professor Kim Wehle suggested that former President Donald Trump might attempt a third run for office, despite constitutional restrictions. Trump mentioned to NBC News his seriousness about seeking a third term. The 22nd Amendment clearly prohibits any individual from being elected president more than twice.
