This is meaningless and gutless political posturing. If Republicans really wanted to do anything meaningful, they would pass a law stating no judge can issue any injunction that interferes with the President’s Article II authority. They can have an opinion, but nobody other than the Supreme Court should be able to have a “check and balance” on the President other than Congress or the Supreme Court. Hawley’s proposal just leads to more “whack a mole.”

An executive order by the President is in order to limit lower court judges to their own area of jurisdiction not broad sweeping areas of the country. Who will these judges go after next our neighbors to the north and south Canada Mexico if they don’t like the way their leaders are governing these countries.
Look at judges, like Ann Reyes inserting herself ideologically (not constitutionally) into “No transgenders” (confused gender dysphoric males) in the US military policies. One begs to wonder if the military policy implemented by Sec Def Hegseth were to ban “white heterosexual males”, if that would have been the case? I strongly doubt we would have heard any challenges by the federal court’s LGBTQAIPB+ community. IMO.

The judges in these Federal Courts think they can override any policy that the left disagrees with which are many it seems. The President was elected by an overwhelming majority to bring this bloated undercontrol. He is the executive in charge and has the right to issues orders without interference from these rogue judges.
