The NFL’s annual London series began this morning with the Indianapolis Colts facing the Washington Commanders in the first of three games the league is staging in the city over the next three weeks.

Two of the three matches will be played at Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium, continuing the league’s push to grow its audience outside the United States. Today’s Colts-Commanders game kicked off at 9:30 a.m. ET.

Both franchises have experience playing overseas. Last season each took part in a first for the league: the Colts played in the NFL’s inaugural game in Madrid, Spain, while the Commanders featured in the league’s first game staged in Paris, France.

Their records abroad tell different stories. The Colts have gone 2-1 in international fixtures, while the Commanders have yet to win on foreign soil, posting an 0-2-1 record across more than three overseas games — the worst mark of any NFL team.

For viewers in the United States without a cable subscription, the game was available through live TV streaming services, several of which offer free trial periods for new customers.
