Smugglers have taken a daring step by using a cloned U.S. Border Patrol K9 truck to transport 24 migrants across the border. Three individuals, reportedly comprising a Mexican national and two Americans named Uriel Perez, Jovani Sanchez, and Kevin Valdez Ramirez, are facing federal court arraignment for their alleged roles in this elaborate scheme. According to News Nation, the truck driver was dressed in a dark green shirt and hat that closely resembled a Border Patrol uniform, adding to the deception.

The audacious plan was uncovered when agents from the Border Patrol Anti-Smuggling Unit tailed the cloned vehicle. They tracked it to a garage located at a residence on West 16th Place in Yuma, where the migrants were likely unloaded. This incident underscores the ongoing challenges faced by border security as smugglers become increasingly inventive in their methods.

The indictment related to this case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona on February 4. It has only recently come to public attention, shedding light on the lengths to which smugglers will go to evade law enforcement. Conservative news outlets have highlighted the incident as a significant breach of border security.

Fox News reported that the smugglers’ use of a cloned vehicle is a testament to their resourcefulness and determination. This case exemplifies the ongoing struggle to maintain the integrity of U.S. borders amidst increasingly sophisticated smuggling operations. The defendants’ court appearances are awaited with interest, as they could face severe penalties if convicted.

The use of cloned Border Patrol vehicles represents a new challenge for authorities. Smugglers are constantly adapting to evade detection, making it imperative for border enforcement to stay one step ahead. This incident has sparked discussions on the need for enhanced security measures at the border.

Newsmax highlighted the importance of supporting law enforcement agencies with advanced technology and resources. Only through such support can they effectively combat the evolving tactics of smugglers. The audacity of this operation has raised concerns about the potential for similar incidents in the future.

Authorities are now focused on ensuring that such breaches do not become a common occurrence. There is a pressing need for increased vigilance and improved training for border agents. By doing so, the hope is to prevent smugglers from exploiting any potential weaknesses in border security.

The case is a stark reminder of the complexities involved in securing the border. While the cloned vehicle represents an unprecedented tactic, it is just one of many challenges faced by those tasked with maintaining border security. As the legal proceedings unfold, there will likely be calls for stronger measures to prevent similar incidents.

The skill and audacity of the smugglers involved in this case are undeniable. Their ability to mimic a Border Patrol vehicle so convincingly highlights the sophistication of their operations. This has led to renewed calls for comprehensive immigration reform to address the root causes of illegal migration.

The conservative viewpoint emphasizes the necessity of a strong border to ensure national security. This incident serves as a rallying point for those who advocate for stricter immigration policies. Ensuring the safety and security of the nation’s borders remains a top priority for many.

It is crucial to recognize the dedication and hard work of the Border Patrol agents. Despite the challenges, they are committed to protecting the country from illegal activities. The discovery of this scheme is a testament to their vigilance and determination.

The public’s reaction to such incidents often includes calls for accountability and reform. The need for effective border management is a recurring theme in political discourse. This case has once again brought the issue to the forefront of national conversation.

As the judicial process takes its course, there will be close monitoring of the outcomes. The decisions made in court could set important precedents for future cases. The nation watches with interest as the legal system addresses these serious allegations.

The implications of this case are far-reaching, extending beyond the borders of Arizona. It serves as a wake-up call for communities and law enforcement agencies across the country. Ensuring the security of the borders is an ongoing battle that requires collective effort and resolve.

Without a doubt, this incident has sparked a broader conversation about border security. The importance of coordination between local, state, and federal agencies cannot be overstated. By working together, it is possible to strengthen the nation’s defenses against illegal activities.

The story of the cloned Border Patrol vehicle is likely to remain in the public eye. It serves as a reminder of the constant vigilance required to protect the borders. As the nation continues to grapple with these challenges, the commitment to upholding the law remains steadfast.

  • “The skill and audacity of the smugglers involved in this case are undeniable.”

That’s why “maximum accountability is warranted,” so “a speedy hearing followed by execution at GITMO is in order!”

They try to “defy” now they “pay the price!”

    • When I was a Deputy Constable back in El Paso, we had to take classes from the Border Patrol and the United States Customs Agency on how to conduct a traffic stop and what to look for on a Vehicle with Mexican license plates, pictures and videos showing how Mexican cartels hide narcotics and what they are carrying.
Actual videos shows false batteries hollowed out out under the hood containing heroine, synthetic crystal meth, etc.
Some vehicles carrying M16’s, grenade launchers and hand grenades, They’ve even gone so far as electrifying the vehicles and installing bullet proof glass.
They’ve even hollowed out cargo carrying deadly narcotics within such as bricks, lumber, tools, you name it and they conceal it.
Those bastards are not to be under estimated if you don’t have backup they’ll kill you.
There’s more that I could tell you but the list goes on and on.

  • Brother Michael, thank you for this firsthand accounting and fine perspective of what the reality is along America’s Southern Border and what our Law Enforcement Officers have to face daily as they do their difficult job of serving and protecting we the law abiding American Citizens! And to your crucial point here that I quote; “if you don’t have backup they’ll kill you.” I decided to share something that had me such a brokenhearted mess a few years ago, when doing some research I came upon a video that showed exactly what you mean by having back up; because the out of control evil running loose in our society and especially now along the U.S. Border, even some areas along the interstate highways as in this case New Mexico, is so horrible and has made it at times like a war zone!

I share this video only to help citizens wake up if they haven’t already to what evil is running rampant in America today! I saw the original raw dash-cam and body cam footage soon after this crime occurred which I’m not sharing here, but even so this is hard to watch too as it shows horrific footage and audio of the tragic event of an actual murder of a fine LEO, even this redacted version reminded me of the original enough to upset me again! Yes people we are in serious trouble in this fallen world today and turning to God is required if any of us wants to do what is right and best for one’s self and others in God’s eyes!
Years ago I traveled those areas alone in the Southern Tier of States quite a bit and learned there are some very lonely or isolated stretches of highway out there where danger very much lurks and vulnerability is a life threatening risk for anyone; as we learn even for a Law Enforcement Officer who only let his guard down for a moment!

“Dashcam Footage From Fatal Shooting of Officer Darian Jarrott”—“28-year-old father of three, with a fourth child on the way, was the first State Police officer shot and killed in the line of duty in more than 30 years.”

    • What I’m trying to point out is how right Officer Michael Smith is and what I shared happens on our public highways where our LEO’s encounter all kinds of dangerous characters; but on the U.S. where I haven’t been I can only imagine what is encountered there and how extremely dangerous it is to patrol and protect it with many types of enemies looking to breach it and who carry out all types of major crime activities!

      • Thank you Brother, for your understanding of what I’ve been trained to do against enemy combatants and President Trump is correct on saying the Cartels are Terrorist no matter what the Communist Democrats say especially when President Trump was criticized in his 1st term when he said “They’re Animals” Piglosi couldn’t wait to jump on that when the Anti-American Bitch said “They’re Human Beings, not Animals”..
I say they’re Terrorists and Enemy combatants and must be treated that way.

        • Absolutely agree Michael! And that evil lying witch from hell Piglosi, her dad was a Mafioso Cap, and she calls herself a Catholic when she was full-in with Biden having appropriated 468 $Billion the most ever exclusively for abortion all the way up to full term day of delivery by executive order in his first 100 days in office, which he said he was so proud of!!! Who the hell does that witch from hell think she is kidding; those “babies” are “Human Beings!” But she is so damned high and mighty about protecting “Illegal Invader Criminals” many of them gang banging Satan worshiping Tren de Aragua or MS-13 who actually kidnapped, raped and murdered young girls just after crossing the border saying it was a sacrifice to Satan!

She can talk the way she does because she worships the same evil that those Gang Bang devils do, there is no doubt in my mind about that! She was putting on the act to impress all of her Demoncraps that she is a justly person fighting for the downtrodden! Right, while her and her equally evil husband; have made so many backdoor and underhanded insider deals that would make the notorious Al Capone envious and amazed!

Luke 1:41-42 “When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. 42In a loud voice she exclaimed, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!”

On February 4, 2021, New Mexico State Police Officer Darian Jarrott initiated a traffic stop on a white Chevrolet pickup on Interstate 10 eastbound, near mile marker 102 east of Deming, New Mexico. During the traffic stop, Officer Jarrott asked the driver, identified as Omar Felix Cueva, 39, of Deming to exit the vehicle. Cueva exited the driver’s side holding an AR-15-style rifle and fired at least one shot at Officer Jarrott as he was walking to the rear of the vehicle. Officer Jarrott ducked and fell onto his back as Cueva ran around the back of the pickup toward Officer Jarrott. Cueva fired several more rounds at Officer Jarrott who was struck by gunfire and killed. As Cueva ran toward the front of the truck on the passenger’s side, he shot Officer Jarrott point-blank in the back of the head. A Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agent arrived on scene and notified New Mexico State Police dispatch that an officer was down. A broadcast was put out to state and local law enforcement agencies. New Mexico State Police Officers Lionel Palomares and Sonny Montes located Cueva traveling east on Interstate 10 near mile marker 116. Cueva pulled over and fired at Officers Palomares and Montes. The officers returned fire at Cueva who continued to evade officers, traveling east on Interstate 10. As Cueva fled eastbound on Interstate 10, law enforcement officers from the Las Cruces Police Department (LCPD), the Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Office (DASO), and U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) assisted New Mexico State Police with the pursuit. Near the Picacho exit on Interstate 10, (near mile marker 135), NMSP officers successfully utilized tire deflation devices on Cueva’s pickup. Cueva continued to flee east on Interstate 10. Various law enforcement officers engaged Cueva in gunfire as he fled. DASO Deputy Jerod Huston fired rounds from his department issued rifle near the mile marker 136. DASO Deputy John Signore fired at Cueva near the mile marker 138 eastbound. Near mile marker 139, USBP Agent Oscar Delgado fired one round at Cueva as he passed. LCPD Officer Adrian De La Garza then utilized a Pursuit Intervention Technique (PIT) maneuver near mile marker 140. Prior to the pickup coming to a stop, Cueva exited the pickup armed with a firearm and shot multiple rounds towards the officers and deputies. LCPD Officer Adrian De La Garza and DASO Deputies Diego Herrera and Obed Marte returned fire towards Cueva, who was struck several times by gunfire. Officer De La Garza was struck by gunfire and was airlifted to a trauma hospital in Texas where he was treated and released for non-life-threatening injuries. Officers rendered aid to Cueva until emergency medical personnel arrived on scene. Cueva sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene by the Office of Medical Investigator. This investigation is active and being led by the New Mexico State Police Investigations Bureau. Officer Darian Jarrott began his career as a Transportation Inspector with NMDPS. He was certified as a law enforcement officer in December of 2014 and worked with the former Motor Transportation Division of NMDPS. In July of 2015, he was sworn in as a New Mexico State Police officer where he bravely served until the day of the shooting. Officer Jarrott leaves behind 3 small children and was expecting his fourth child this year. Officer Darian Jarrott was laid to rest on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Shakespeare Cemetery in Lordsburg during a private burial.

  • We’re all sick and tired of the illegal-alien-invaders and the smugglers.
Just shoot them where they stand and be done with it.

  • It’s coming to that Quinn; with the Drug cartels now using armed drones and IUD’s to blow people up along the border it’s now been engaged like an armed conflict with a constant hostile enemy force, and I need to catch up on what DHS and DOD are looking to do to actually go after all the cartels which they are, and with extreme prejudice neutralize the threat of all said hostile forces! I’m sure that they have big plans being actively deployed to get the job done; we’re at war! Obviously Mexico’s government and military haven’t been doing the job and often times are in bed with the bad guys; but to be fair not unlike our freaking joke of a former government under the Biden/Harris “pretend to be the American government” did too, selling out and making deals with a Biden partner on that Chinese Fentanyl! So, “no problem,” just stay the hell out of the way Mexico while we “get her done!”

  • With modern technology all official border patrol vehicle could be equipped with an identifiable chip that would allow them to be tracked through a special signal.

  • How in Hell could he believe that he would get away with it.?

A former border protection officer is facing federal charges after investigators linked him to a cartel-run smuggling operation at the U.S.-Mexico border. Authorities say Manuel Perez Jr., 32, used his role at an El Paso crossing to facilitate illegal entries and drug shipments in exchange for cash.

Perez was arrested on February 8 following an FBI-led investigation into border corruption. Prosecutors claim he was associated with La Linea, a cartel operating in Juárez, and used his position at the Paso Del Norte international bridge to allow unauthorized crossings for a fee.

Court documents reveal that Perez allegedly charged $2,500 per migrant for passage through his lane, generating an estimated $400,000 in illicit profits. Smugglers were recorded assuring clients that crossings through his checkpoint were “100% guaranteed.”

In addition to human smuggling, prosecutors allege Perez was involved in drug trafficking, assisting in the transport of at least 8 kilograms of cocaine to locations in Louisiana and North Carolina. Investigators say he received $20,000 for his role in the drug operation, with electronic surveillance confirming his involvement.

During a search of his residence in Juárez, authorities found $18,000 in cash. Witnesses reported that he spent most of his free time in Mexico, carried weapons frequently, and allegedly wanted to be arrested in Mexico so he could continue criminal activities from prison.

A federal judge ruled Perez must remain behind bars while awaiting trial, citing his cartel ties and the likelihood he would flee. If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of 10 years, with the possibility of life in prison. His defense attorney claims the case relies on questionable witnesses seeking leniency in their own cases.

    • I’m not a prosecutor but that sounds like a capital punishment crime to me, because if he doesn’t pay the full Monty for that, it will just signal others to try to get the same set-up to make all that easy cash! And let’s face it these major criminals are causing many deaths!
