Former FBI Agent Kyle Seraphin, a member of “The Suspendables,” recently shared claims that all Executive Assistant Directors (EADs) within the FBI faced termination if they hadn’t resigned by Monday, February 3rd.
According to Seraphin, the FBI has six EADs who rank just below the Director, Deputy Director, and Associate Deputy Director. Additionally, around 25 Special Agents in Charge reportedly received the same ultimatum, affecting nearly half of the country’s 55 FBI Field Offices.
The Daily Presser obtained an email from acting Director Brian Driscoll, which mandates each field office to submit a list of all personnel involved in January 6th investigations or prosecutions by noon on Tuesday, February 4th.
The email states, “We understand there’s a lot of media reporting and rumors surrounding potential changes at the FBI. This includes reporting and rumors about actions that very seriously impact our workforce.”
Driscoll’s email further mentions a memo from the acting Deputy Attorney General, directing the termination of eight senior FBI executives unless they retire first.
Driscoll assured that he had personally contacted each affected employee. The memo also requests a list of FBI personnel involved in the January 6th investigations and the United States v Haniyeh case.
The email underscores the importance of compiling detailed information about current and former FBI personnel involved in these investigations. It specifies that these lists should include supervisory personnel in FBI regional offices, field divisions, and headquarters. This request affects thousands of employees nationwide who supported these investigative efforts.
Driscoll emphasized following the law and FBI policy while prioritizing the workforce and the American people. He reassured employees that more information would be shared as soon as possible. In the meantime, he encouraged staff to stay safe and support each other.
The Daily Presser previously reported the termination of six Executive Assistant Directors. The uncertainty surrounding the identity of the additional two executives has led to speculation. Some believe it could refer to Director Christopher Wray and former Deputy Director Paul Abbate, both of whom retired following President Trump’s inauguration.
The email’s request for consolidating information on January 6th investigations is noteworthy. The Daily Presser has documented instances where Special Agents were diverted from addressing violent crimes to focus on misdemeanor charges related to January 6th. These situations often included raids with tactical teams and up-armored vehicles, executed in the early morning.
Interestingly, the email also calls for information on those involved in the United States v Haniyeh case. This case, filed in September 2024, charged Ismail Haniyeh and five other Hamas leaders with multiple terrorism-related offenses. The charges included conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization, conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals, and conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction.
Initially filed under seal on February 1, 2024, the United States v Haniyeh case was unsealed on September 3, 2024. Ismail Haniyeh, the former Hamas political leader, was reportedly killed by Israeli forces in July 2024. Two other defendants, Mohammed Deif and Marwan Issa, were also reportedly killed by Israeli forces.
The email acknowledges the extensive scope of the information request, involving numerous employees across the country.
Driscoll reiterated his commitment to transparency and adherence to legal and organizational protocols. The focus remains on ensuring the integrity and accountability of the FBI during this process.
Driscoll highlighted the significance of the FBI’s mission in upholding justice and protecting the nation. He stressed the importance of unity and cooperation among FBI personnel during challenging times. The email concluded with a message of resilience and determination in fulfilling the FBI’s responsibilities.
Unfortunately it appears some people think that they are smarter and better than other people. Breaking news what did they think was going to happen for choosing unjust choices?

We’re all sick and tired of the homosexual bullies & perverts!
Christopher Wray ‘dropped the ball’. Lawfare bullshit practiced by Wray provides Americans with a look at a mediocre Director of the Federal Bureau of Instigation. Here is one federal agency which has screwed up constantly going all the way back to its originator J.Edgar Homosexual and ‘his Boy’ Colesen. Many directors such as Jimmy Comey have come along with some sneaky-ass personalities. You cannot trust individuals who work for NAZIs such as The Bush Administration brought to the People of The United States Of America. G.H.W.B., his sons and The Clintons did more damage than Jimmy the Peanut could have ever achieved!
