In a bombshell hearing on Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee’s joint subcommittee delved into claims of government secrecy surrounding unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), formerly known as UFOs. The most explosive testimony came from journalist Michael Shellenberger, who shared revelations from a whistleblower about a clandestine Defense Department (DOD) program allegedly operating under the codename “Immaculate Constellation.”

Shellenberger, known for publishing the Twitter Files and co-founding the “Public” newsletter on Substack, presented the whistleblower’s allegations, which suggest a decades-long effort by the U.S. government to conceal critical intelligence on UAPs. According to Shellenberger, this program harbors evidence of advanced non-human technologies, some of which were reportedly obtained from crash retrievals of alien craft.

The whistleblower’s report, submitted through mechanisms established by the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act, alleges that “Immaculate Constellation” is a highly classified initiative controlled by the White House and executed by the DOD. The program purportedly bypasses congressional oversight to avoid compliance with U.S. Code Title 10, which governs military operations.

While a DOD spokesperson, Susan Gough, denied the existence of such a program last month, Shellenberger insists that multiple sources corroborate its reality. According to these sources, Immaculate Constellation has amassed a trove of high-quality intelligence on UAPs, including data from advanced military sensors and human sources.

The whistleblower’s report detailed various UAP encounters, some of which involved metallic orbs observed by U.S. military personnel. These orbs, allegedly capable of rapid and agile maneuvers, have been documented skimming ocean surfaces and flying in tight formations.

One particularly striking account in the report describes an encounter involving an F-22 fighter jet during a routine surveillance mission. According to the whistleblower, the pilot encountered multiple metallic orbs hovering at mission altitude. As the F-22 moved to intercept, several orbs accelerated toward the jet, evading radar lock and executing maneuvers far beyond the capabilities of known aerospace technology.

The report alleges that the orbs eventually “boxed in” the F-22, with one orb maintaining a precise spatial relationship with the jet, mirroring its movements despite the pilot’s evasive maneuvers. After escorting the jet out of the mission area, the orbs disappeared, leaving no trace.

The whistleblower’s testimony goes beyond individual sightings, claiming a coordinated effort within the executive branch to withhold information from Congress. The report argues that this secrecy has hindered lawmakers from fulfilling their oversight responsibilities and has deprived the public of knowledge that could represent a turning point in human history.

The report emphasizes:

“The official disclosure of the existence of Non-Human Intelligences (NHIs) and their presence on Earth is a pivotal moment. This information is of such incomparable relevance to the public good that it demands to be shared.”

Despite the risks of public panic, the report urges transparency, arguing that humanity’s resilience will prevail in the face of such revelations.

The DOD’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has previously downplayed UAP reports, asserting that most sightings can be explained by ordinary objects or natural phenomena. However, Shellenberger argues that these findings represent only the tip of the iceberg.

The AARO report, released earlier this year, acknowledged that some UAP incidents remain unresolved but insisted that “if more and better quality data were available, most of these cases also could be identified and resolved.”

Shellenberger counters that the government “knows significantly more about UAPs than it is revealing.” He supports congressional efforts to compel greater transparency, echoing the sentiment of Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.), who stated, “The American people have every right to know what is really happening.”

The whistleblower’s report also highlights that other nations are aware of UAP activity, particularly near sensitive military and intelligence facilities. According to the whistleblower, these countries treat UAPs as legitimate threats and conduct their own investigations into their origin and purpose.

The allegations surrounding Immaculate Constellation have sparked renewed calls for transparency and accountability. Lawmakers from both parties have expressed frustration over the government’s lack of disclosure, with some pushing for additional hearings and declassification of UAP-related documents.

For now, the public is left with more questions than answers. Are these advanced craft the product of foreign adversaries, or do they originate from beyond our world? And if non-human intelligence is indeed involved, what does this mean for humanity’s future?

As these investigations unfold, one thing is clear: the conversation about UAPs has shifted from fringe speculation to a serious matter of national and global significance. Whether or not the U.S. government will finally lift the veil remains to be seen.

  • What a crock of baloney! “Sensationalism journalism,” at its finest: for the “easily duped secular and atheist minds.”

The only UFO anyone on earth may have observed are inter-dimensional objects from the realm where the “demonic dwell” so no explanation is necessary; because God already forwarded we humans about it! All of this is just another distraction from the actual “Truth” to stir the pot; oh right, and these people care about “the future of humanity” they would have you think! Ha Huh!

“Shellenberger argues that these findings represent only the tip of the iceberg.”

“The AARO report, released earlier this year, acknowledged that some UAP incidents remain unresolved but insisted that “if more and better quality data were available, most of these cases also could be identified and resolved.”

So you think? Yeah “these clowns can get it all figured out with more refined data!” Here is a question; is the whistleblower a close ally of “Adam Schiff?” Nough said, And “if non-human intelligence is indeed involved, what does this mean for humanity’s future?”

So good that these “space-cadets” are “so worried about our humanity and what might happen to me!!! I feel so much safer already, NOT!

These nuts don’t even care about diddlysquat if there isn’t some “money of personal gain” involved! Meanwhile Fentanyl pours into the Nation through the Border and hundreds of thousands of humanity die each year here, while Communist China makes oodles of $Billions of bucks with the Drug Cartels and girls get raped and murdered daily by “REAL invading Aliens” all of this making the CCP members laugh at the “stupid screwed up American public” trying to “pull its collective head out of its ass” when they can’t even have “legit elections that have no rampant errors or debate!” Cheat, cheat, Lie, Lie to each other, that’s the deal!

  • The military can read a license plate from space and yet after 70 years all I’ve seen about UFO’s are grainy out of focus blobs racing across the sky or ocean background.

I can recreate those same lousy shots with a laser pen on my blue/green textured garage door. I can even make a 90 degree turn at mach 15 with a flick of my wrist.

  • having seen a uap or ufo or whatever there calling it now, its a hell of an experience. Watching a craft jamming along and make a dead 90 degree turn multiple times, totally silent, violates our laws of physics. So tell me grate criticizer explain how this craft can do things in our atmosphere nothing else can. people can make fun of that all they want to, but they are real, and I think deep down critics are just scared or what it might be
