On Wednesday afternoon, lawyers representing former President Trump attended a hearing in Fort Pierce, Florida before Judge Cannon to discuss the possibility of postponing the scheduled trial for classified documents set for May 2024.
The judge indicated a willingness to reschedule the trial and critiqued one of Jack Smith’s prosecutors during the hearing. Furthermore, bombshell revelations were made by Trump’s attorneys at this session according to Kelly.
Julie Kelly attended the hearing in person on Wednesday. According to Kelly, Trump’s lawyers revealed:
- Trump’s lawyers told Judge Cannon they discovered a June 2023 letter asking DOE to remove Trump’s ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE.” – A few weeks AFTER Smith handed down classified documents indictment.
- Trump’s lawyers told Judge Cannon this afternoon they have evidence that the Biden White House collaborated with NARA, DOJ, and intel agencies to determine which documents to include in Jack Smith’s indictment.
- Trove of evidence includes “years” worth of security footage from MAL
- Evidence of “extensive communications” between White House, NARA, intel agencies and DOJ/Jack Smith prior to the indictment to determine which classified files to include.
- Trump still had DOE security clearance related to at least one charged document as recently as June 2023.
- •Defense might include the Secret Service as a considered member of prosecution since they have their own security apparatus separate from MAL

At Wednesday’s hearing, a bombshell revelation was made: Trump’s legal team has yet to receive any evidence that the 340 documents reviewed by Jack Smith are, in fact, classified.
Jack Smith reported that the classification review of these documents had been completed, but the defense only has memos confirming that the material is classified in accordance with intelligence review – and not any underlying evidence.

Joe Biden’s White House worked with the Justice Department and National Archives to facilitate the investigation into Donald Trump’s handling of documents, as reported by investigative reporter John Solomon.
Biden’s spokeswoman has repeatedly claimed he had no knowledge of the raid and found out about it in the media. However, memos revealed that Biden revoked Trump’s executive privilege which enabled his Justice Department to subpoena him.
On May 10th, 2022, Acting National Archivist Debra Steidel Wall sent Trump’s lawyers a letter confirming the involvement of the Biden White House in revoking executive privilege.
Two weeks later, a grand jury subpoenaed Trump for any remaining materials from his presidency. The FBI then descended on Mar-a-Lago and retrieved some documents without allowing any of his lawyers in the area.
In November 2022, Jack Smith was appointed Special Counsel to investigate documents stored at former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.
By June 2023, further investigation led to the filing of 37 counts against Trump related to the case – 31 for willful retention and 6 for conspiracy to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document or record, concealing a document in a federal investigation, scheme to conceal, and making false statements and representations.

Biden has the nerve to indict Trump regarding presidential documents. Biden had documents on the floor of his garage and some in China Town and they were taken before he was president which is illegal. Only a president can have those documents in their possession. It was illegal for Hillary to have the documents that she had but lets go after Trump. And they are pursuing his children. All my life children of presidents have been untouchable. You couldn’t even make derogatory remarks about them. I guess laws don’t count for much when it comes to President Trump.
