Grubman, Shire, Meiselas & Sacks, a leading law firm in Manhattan known for representing major figures in the music industry, has sidelined rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to a report by Paula Froelich in NewsNation.

Allegedly, GSM&S decided to separate from Diddy after Lady Gaga issued an ultimatum.

An insider revealed that Lady Gaga firmly stated that if Diddy wasn’t let go, she would seek services elsewhere.

With her significant influence, the company seemingly couldn’t risk losing her.

Sources revealed that GSM&S faced a difficult decision when it came to ending their long-standing professional relationship with Diddy.

It’s noteworthy that Diddy had a close connection with lawyer Allen Grubman, who frequented his Hampton residence before the mogul’s public fall from grace, as detailed in the Froelich report.

It is reported that the firm’s main concern was the potential impact of Lady Gaga’s departure on other A-list artists, fearing a domino effect of further departures.

The stakes were high and the potential consequences significant.

In addition, Grubman, a co-founder of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, made headlines by becoming the first practicing lawyer to be inducted in November 2022.

Over the years, Grubman, Shire, Meiselas & Sacks has represented an impressive roster of artists, past and present, including Elton John, Barbra Streisand, Lil Nas X, The Weeknd, Madonna, U2, and Drake.

Their client list is a veritable who’s who of the music industry.

On the other hand, Diddy has been dealing with a public relations crisis following reports of alleged misconduct. Mayor Adams promptly revoked Diddy’s key to NYC after a disturbing video surfaced showing the rap mogul assaulting his ex.

The key was reinstated only after Adams wrote a stern letter to Diddy, as confirmed by Fabien Levy, the deputy mayor for communications.

In recent developments, Diddy notably cleared his Instagram account:
