According to reports, the jury took a break from deliberations to pass Judge Merchan a note.

Note contained four requests:

At 3:56 pm, a second jury note was received.

A minute later the jury requested to hear Judge Merchan’s instructions again.

At 2:05 PM, the jury was dismissed.

  • Merchan is so corrupt and bias against President Trump that it’s beginning to look like he’s receiving instructions from Obama and Soros and Biden on what to do next that the rule of law doesn’t apply.
    Unconstitutional ruling is what this Communist Jughead Judge is all about.

  • JUST AIN’T THE FIRST TIME!

    The exposure of the anti-Trump practices of the DOJ, FBI, several state judicial systems, and many others in the swamp/establishment is presenting a very vivid example of officials disregarding/manipulating the laws/regulations governing the American judicial system. However, the Trumps cases are really nothing new. As one who worked for over 36 years as a cop at the federal and municipal levels with the following credentials; BA in Government (Pre-Law), MA in Criminal Justice Administration, graduate of the FBI Academy, and many years of practicing/teaching cops/their leaders a variety of criminal justice administration subjects/skills, and supervising several investigations which ended up in the trash due to certain well placed politicians/bureaucrats/elitists/etc… being named as subjects. One of those investigations named as subjects; a first term senator named J. Biden, a governor named G. Bush, and a state attorney general named W. Clinton.

    In short America, the greatest threat facing you and your way of life are the hoards of corrupt, incompetent, witless, politicians/bureaucrats/academicians/media/elitists/globalists/etc. who have been working overtime for at least most of the last 100 years to force Americans to join the ranks of the world’s serfs/peasants in an international feudal system. Yes, I am well aware that many of you think most of the the left and/or the so-called progressives are socialists and/or communists promising to create “Utopia” for all of us!

    PS A word for those of you still holding that line FBI agents are really good boys/girls/what-whoever. Well, you may be partially right, but would you like to know why many of us old military and civilian cops refer to FBI agents as; “PFC’s (US Army rank of ‘private first class’) in business suits”? It’s real simple. If the agents don’t ask permission to go to the toilet and follow the bureau’s policy for accomplishing the act they may find themselves assigned to Tulle, Greenland or worst yet; Boise, Idaho!

  • This judge is a disgrace. Why he has not been disbarred for numerous reasons is beyond me. His continued employment puts a black mark on the legal profession that continues to accept him. New York’s legal community is rotten with the filth masquerading as legal personnel. DAs, Attorneys, Judges disgustingly corrupt. Numerous jokes about corrupt lawyers do not look so funny now.
