The Georgia Court of Appeals has accepted President Donald Trump’s appeal to challenge the inclusion of disgraced Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in the questionable RICO case against him.

In March, Georgia Judge Scott McAfee decided that Fani Willis, who is considered dishonest and corrupt, will continue to oversee the Trump case.
McAfee used his influence to have Fani’s lover, Nathan Wade, removed from the case.
Both Wade and Willis were found guilty of perjury during their testimonies.
Despite this, Judge McAfee failed to uphold the law and disqualify both individuals.
According to KHOU, Willis was permitted to continue working on the case, at least for the time being.
It appears that there are some honest officials in Georgia.
The decision made by Judge McAfee will be reviewed by the Georgia Appeals Court, raising questions about his suitability for his profession.
The Georgia Court of Appeals has accepted former President Donald Trump’s request to appeal Judge Scott McAfee’s decision to retain Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on the case involving election interference.
In March, Judge McAfee ruled that special prosecutor Nathan Wade must be replaced to prevent Willis from being disqualified due to allegations of an improper relationship between them.
Trump and his co-defendants claimed that Willis and Wade were romantically involved before his appointment and that she received financial benefits from their connection, which both parties have denied.
As in today’s America, Corrupted Judges are plentiful in every State, Town, City and McAfee is no exception. Corrupt to the core, No up right Law Abiding Judge would allow a corrupt DA who committed Perjury and found guilty of taking money for Her/His lover and let either one to be back on a case against a former President, that’s absolute bullshit.!

Time to write to Admiral Darse Crandall at Gitmo to have all the judges, prosecutors and whoever else is involved trying to take Trump down to ask him to have all the above arrested, taken to Gitmo for tribunal. No more messing around. Those lawsuits have gotten out of hand and are more than illegal.
