Missouri Senator Eric Schmitt has expressed serious concerns about a recent cybersecurity incident involving the Federal Bureau of Investigation, labeling it as an unparalleled breach of sensitive information. This event reportedly happened just days before the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump.

Schmitt addressed the issue through a forceful letter directed at the outgoing FBI Director Christopher Wray, urging immediate action and clarity on the matter. The senator’s communication, shared via his social media account, elaborated on the breach, which allegedly allowed hackers to access several months’ worth of call and text logs from FBI agents.

The compromised communications reportedly contained critical information concerning the FBI’s interactions with confidential informants. Schmitt voiced his worry that this cybersecurity lapse might deter informants from engaging with the FBI in the future, stressing the need for a comprehensive investigation and an overhaul of agency operations.

In his critique, Schmitt pointed to what he perceives as a pattern of mismanagement within the FBI. He highlighted the agency’s repeated failures to uphold its responsibilities as the nation’s leading law enforcement body, with this breach serving as yet another example.

The senator’s letter also addressed other criticisms regarding the FBI’s conduct under the Biden administration. Schmitt referenced incidents such as the controversial raid on Mar-a-Lago and the agency’s alleged profiling of Catholic communities as extremists, suggesting these actions have eroded public trust in the FBI and underscored the necessity for reform.

“The American people expect answers but, more importantly, they expect change,” Schmitt emphasized, highlighting the urgency of addressing the agency’s ongoing issues. As Trump’s administration prepares to take office, Schmitt seized the opportunity to underline the importance of confirming Kash Patel as a vital member of the president-elect’s leadership team.

Patel, a former advisor to Trump and a national security official, has committed to addressing the misuse of federal law enforcement resources and tackling internal corruption. Schmitt noted his support for Patel, viewing him as the right choice to lead necessary reforms at the FBI.

The senator drew attention to Patel’s extensive experience, mentioning his roles as chief of staff at the Department of Defense, deputy at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, a prosecutor, and a public defender. Schmitt linked Patel’s commitment to the pressing need for action following the recent FBI breach.

Additionally, Schmitt pointed out recent developments at the agency that suggest potential reforms. This week, Alethea Duncan, the assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s New Orleans field office, was reassigned amid controversy over the handling of an attack on Bourbon Street.

In another move, the FBI reportedly closed its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion office, a decision some conservatives interpret as an effort to depoliticize the agency. With Trump’s administration anticipated to adopt a stringent approach to federal agency accountability, Schmitt’s letter serves as a reminder of the FBI’s challenges in restoring public confidence.

Schmitt noted that many conservatives remain skeptical of promises to reform entrenched bureaucracies. “When they promise a course correction that benefits the American people and not their grip on power or job security—I’ll believe it when I see it,” he concluded.

During Pam Bondi’s confirmation hearing for U.S. Attorney General, Schmitt delivered a sharp critique of what he perceives as the Democratic Party’s politicization of the Department of Justice, further underscoring his concerns about federal agency operations.

  • Our government is loaded with spies, terrorists, traitors and all kinds of bugs! Do you folks realize how long this has been building to a crescendo and what it will take to eradicate or exterminate all of these bugs and bad actors within! We’re in a WAR and yes “Good against EVIL!”

What’s been done about Xiden and his greasy dope head son all these years along with that whole stinking crime family? “NOTHING,” so therein lies the reality of what is happening to us all here in America!

  • Reading reports of The Biden Crime riddened Administrations of corruption during his Presidency is sickening considering Biden promoted himself as the Great Unifyer. Hearing after the facts of known and last minute exposure in nothing short of the TWO TIER JUDICIAL SYSTEM

  • tj; exactly, and this as I say has been going on so long that the American Citizens have been sitting in a shit sandwich due to the “continuous conspiratorial crimes” committed by high level administrators within our Federal Government System (Deep State)! Like the old adage they’ve been “getting away with murder” actually applies both “figuratively and literally!”

I just made this following comment on this site at another location regarding one of those conspirators and I share it here because it does speak to “the crux of the matter!”

    >President Trump immediately withdrawing the US from the WHO and the Paris Climate Accords is proof that President Trump just “kicked the WEF, UN and Globalist Elite” in their collective teeth; which does include “Bill Gates!”

So now that I have more solid information to base my interpretation on, of this action here, I know that “Gates is seen for the deceptive pariah that he is” and what the facts actually mete out, regarding “all of his interest in vaccines;” which means “justice is coming” and what this snake deserves he will get in due time!

Bill Gates might as well give himself multiple jabs of many of his patented vaccines and see what happens; because he is a goner anyway!
