I’ve often wondered if I’m not being “demon-harassed”.
I have “nightmares” upon waking up. I’m full of anger all the time. I say horrible things I shouldn’t say.
I was renting a house with two other Christian friends, one being the person who led me to the Lord. One evening I was in my room, when the still small voice of God told me to check on my friend. As soon as I opened the door to their room, they jumped out of bed yelling , “Something was setting on my chest and I couldn’t breathe. When you opened the door it went flew the window.” I was stunned.
Bob; absolutely, we as children of God Almighty are under attack be it ever so slight in our daily lives navigating the crooked ways of this flesh world, or it can be very overt powerful direct demonic attacks. I’ve witnessed both these demonic influences, and rarely when sleeping or in various circumstances or events directed at me to trip me up or at least get me second guessing my own judgment and faith; to tempt or confuse. But this is why Jesus warned us that we must keep ourselves in God’s word by the Holy Spirit, seeking our Father’s will at all times in the name of Jesus our Savior!

He spoke of “every battlefield” which I extend to even “the battle that transpires in each and every one of us” to do “what is right over what is clearly wrong;” as we should “try our best to balance our own internal ledger sheet with more acts of benevolence” over those things we did or said that were not virtuous and clearly wrong; we are being “put to the test while in the flesh.” Therefore “we struggle to rise above this dichotomy around us and even within us,” as “by conscience and good heart” that are there within us; we all also have that “alter-ego tapping or picking away at the psyche wall” attempting to break it down gradually or ultimately to break us down bringing us to “failure or even ruin!”
