Former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick has opened up about her role in President-elect Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign, revealing she did not receive any compensation for her participation. Her disclosure comes amid swirling allegations that Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign paid rapper Megan Thee Stallion $5 million for a performance, a claim Harris’s team has yet to confirm or deny.

Patrick, 42, marked her first foray into political campaigning by openly endorsing Trump. She attended rallies, delivered speeches, and even joined the president-elect on the campaign trail, notably in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Patrick emphasized that her involvement was entirely voluntary and motivated by her belief in Trump’s leadership.

Patrick addressed the situation in a candid social media post. Sharing a video of Megan Thee Stallion’s performance at a Harris campaign event, Patrick wrote:

“All the events, rallies, interviews, social posts… I did for free. Actually spent a fair amount on wardrobe. ☺️ But to be fair, I can’t twerk so… it all adds up.”

Her lighthearted remark about her inability to twerk was a playful jab at the entertainment-centric approach often employed by political campaigns.

The allegations against Harris’s campaign center on Megan Thee Stallion’s appearance at Georgia State University’s Convocation Center on July 30. Reports claimed she was paid $5 million for her performance, sparking outrage among critics who argued the funds could have been better spent on grassroots organizing.

However, a source familiar with the event told Daily Mail that Megan was not compensated, and no Federal Election Commission filings support the claim. Harris’s campaign has yet to issue an official statement on the matter.

Patrick also shared behind-the-scenes glimpses of her campaign experience, highlighting her close interactions with Trump. In a series of Instagram posts, she documented the final day of the campaign, spent aboard Trump’s private plane, nicknamed “Trump Force 1.”

Patrick described discussing race cars with the president-elect and bonding with other high-profile supporters, including former congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard and ex-ESPN reporter Sage Steele.

“Trump’s energy is truly unreal,” Patrick wrote. “Somehow that passion has led me all the way to November 4th… riding on Trump Force 1 for the final evening of the campaign… talking about race cars with @realdonaldtrump.”

During her campaign trail speech in Pennsylvania, Patrick took a swipe at celebrities who used teleprompters, referencing rapper Cardi B’s scripted address at a Harris event.

Her remarks resonated with the audience, reinforcing her image as an authentic and passionate supporter.

Patrick’s endorsement of Trump sparked mixed reactions. Some praised her for stepping out of her comfort zone to support a cause she believes in, while others criticized her for aligning with a polarizing figure. Nonetheless, her decision to forgo payment stands in stark contrast to the high-profile celebrity endorsements that often dominate political campaigns.

Patrick’s revelation sheds light on the role of celebrity endorsements in modern politics. While many stars lend their support for personal or financial gain, Patrick’s unpaid involvement underscores a different kind of commitment.

As political campaigns increasingly rely on star power to draw crowds and media attention, Patrick’s approach may serve as a reminder of the importance of authenticity. Whether her actions will inspire other celebrities to follow suit remains to be seen.

For now, Patrick seems content with her contribution, proud of her role in helping Trump secure a second term. Her journey from race car driver to political advocate marks a new chapter in her already impressive career.

  • I would rather listen to Danica Patrick than the sluts that Harris brought out. And, Lizzo, go on a diet, you are not attractive.

    • Also, ‘paying’ that Libtard Oprah a solid MILLION has to be the radical ‘gift’ of the century! Proof that the WORST VP in American history had to BUY every single recommendation and audience to promote her insanity!

  • Whew, a long sigh of relief! So glad Patrick ‘contributed,’ vice bring compensated to the Trump wagon. Though she has received various amounts of criticism for other events, she is obviously a ‘patriot,’ and deserves ‘Kudos and Accolades’ for supporting the “American Dream.”

  • Republicans unless your a RINO don’t sell their souls for money!
“We the People” Americans just love Our freedoms; Love Our Country — families– and in “God we Trust”

  • Communist Democrats always pay others to attend or endorse them, a report showed that protesters outside of President Trump’s rallies were paid $25.00 an hour, a small amount to sell out their Country. What a bunch of Indoctrinated Morons.!
Communist Kamala also paid $ 600,00 for a fake set on a crap show of “Call me Daddy”, which sounds so stupid of a show that anyone’s brain must have been removed to watch.
And the Communist Democrats have the gual to accuse the Trump campaign and supporters of being paid.?
God, what a complete evidence of an uneducated, Indoctrinated, Low IQ followers of Evil who can’t see the open truth, right in front of their faces.

  • Harris spent over one billion dollars on her campaign and ended up in the red. She paid millionaires millions of dollars to endorse her. Wasn’t part of her campaign rhetoric that Trump caters to the rich? Oprah was paid a million dollars. Oprah is a liberal. She’s a multibillionaire. She’s needs the million?

  • Beautiful, intelligent, skilled women on the right vs morbidly obese, ugly, stupid “women” on the left, take your pick

  • However, a source familiar with the event told Daily Mail that Megan was not compensated, and no Federal Election Commission filings support the claim.

Yeah, those things can be buried. Oprah wasn’t “paid” either, but her production company got $1 million.
