The Fulton County judge presiding over the case involving DA Fani Willis and alleged election interference in Georgia has recently dropped several charges in the same case.

Judge Scott McAfee dismissed six counts of solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer, which involved requesting officials like the Georgia secretary of state or state legislators to violate their sworn duties.

Among the defendants, three of these counts were against former President Donald Trump.

In his ruling, McAfee suggested that the charges were simply too vague, claiming that they “contain all the essential elements of the crimes” but “fail to allege sufficient detail regarding the nature of their commission.”

“They do not give the Defendants enough information to prepare their defenses intelligently, as the Defendants could have violated the Constitutions and thus the statute in dozens, if not hundreds, of distinct ways.”

McAfee stated that the charges against Trump, Giuliani, Meadows, Eastman, and others were too vague and flawed to support them. Defendants Chesebro, Powell, Ellis, and Hall have already agreed to plea deals.

Trump originally faced 13 charges in Georgia but now only faces 10 after three were dismissed by Judge McAfee.

Judge McAfee is expected to decide this week on whether Willis will continue as lead prosecutor in the RICO election interference case. Allegations of misconduct have arisen due to Willis’s romantic relationship with prosecutor Wade.

There are claims that their relationship may pose a conflict of interest as it allegedly involved financial benefits for Wade. Additionally, there are accusations of lying under oath regarding their relationship in court documents and on the stand.

  • I never believed that the VIGILANTE CABAL: Judge, District Attorney, and Police Offices would frame any innocent politician of crimes he or she did not commit; even though, the VIGILANTE CABAL consistently frames men, women, and children of crimes they did not commit. Believe it or not that happened to me in August 1974 (50 years ago). I did not believe that anyone would ever believe me; however, it seems that the Democratic Party are actually revealing the VIGILANTE CABAL agenda. Because, of what the Democratic Party is and has done to President Donald Trump I do not believe many people will believe the VIGILANTE CABAL any longer.

  • McAfee only gives a semblance of propriety. He’s as guilty as big Fani and wobbly Wade. His contribution to big Fani’s campaign is highly suspect. His allowing reprobate, Fani, to continue this sham, shows what a reprobate he, in fact, is. It appears there are NO honest lawyers or judges in the state of Georgia.
