One thing is paramount in this discussion, those people who are ‘mixed up’ in their thinking about what gender they are, are mentally unstable, to say the least. There is no place for a mentally unstable person in the military. For decades mental stability was something that was tested for before induction into the military services. Your teammates must be able to have confidence in your ability to perform under duress, and great mental strain in a combat situation. I speak from experience being a combat medic in Viet Nam 69-70, I know what happens when people loose it under the stress of enemy fire, it isn’t pretty, and usually someone dies.
