Aid for groups promoting their ideologies around the world should not have any U.S. government funding. If they want money for their pet cause they need to use a crowd-funding platform or a go fund me type of platform and the Americans who agree with them can donate from their own pocket. I am even okay with the government creating a program for people to donate to their pet causes. Then we would see just how much the people of the U.S. want to support some of this crap.
