Early Monday morning, President Donald Trump addressed some questionable election results, reminded the voters that he had predicted a contested result since Democrats had begun pushing for states to send mail-in ballots to millions of voters.
Trump had been ahead in several key battleground states that didn’t report final results, claiming they were waiting to count absentee and mail-in ballots.
A despicable move by Chief Justice John Roberts concerning state courts mandating election laws through the bench were to be deferred to, when the fact of the matter is state legislatures have the authority to make election law changes. State courts can not rule on changes to election laws without any input from the legislatures, yet that’s exactly what many of them were doing. It was Justice Robert’s duty to have the Supreme Court address that issue, and he punted.
In Arizona, Trump was behind at the time he spoke, because Election Day votes had not yet been counted, while mail-in votes had. The Trump campaign insisted that it could still win Arizona and pushed back against Fox News, which had called the state for Democrat Joe Biden. Yet, the same network refused to call Florida for Trump even though he was ahead all night by margins that were nearly impossible for Biden to overcome.
Trump spoke in the East Room of the White House a little after 2:00 am EST, saying that he had predicted this exact scenario that we are now living through.
“They knew they couldn’t win,” he said, “so they said let’s go to court. “And did I predict this, Newt? Did i say this?” the president said referring to former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.
“I’ve been saying this from the day I heard they were going to send out tens of millions of ballots. I said exactly — because either they were going to win, or if they didn’t win, they’ll take us to court.”
Democrats pushed the idea of mail-in voting as a means to prevent the risk of getting and/or transmitting the coronavirus while standing in line at polling places, even though most voters stand in line at supermarkets and other places every week if not every day. The New York Post published an article on August 29, 2020, headlined “Confessions of a voter fraud: I was a master at fixing mail-in ballots” was a story about a self-described Democrat political operative who rigged absentee ballots for years, and he explained exactly how he, and teams he led, went about stealing elections. The Post confirmed he was legit and allowed him anonymity for the story. The operative told the Post the reason he was coming forward was because he was a Bernie Sanders supporter and speculation is after the DNC screwing Bernie a second time, the operative said that he felt “compelled to come forward in the hope that states would act now to fix the glaring security problems present in mail-in ballots.” The story goes on with the operative explaining the methods they used to fill ballots with Democrat votes regardless of how the real voter filled out the ballot, including steaming open the ballot envelopes. I believe manipulating mail-in ballots is the easiest way to commit voter fraud, because the ballots themselves have no identifying marks to show who the voter was who filled it out. If you can’t match up a ballot to a voter, it’s nearly impossible to tell legitimate ballots from ballots that are created via a Xerox machine in a back office somewhere.
Another problem is many states never had a vote-by-mail system, and they sent out ballots to thousands, in some cases millions of registered voters, even though they experienced serious problems in primary elections using the same new system.
Some states that already had a vote-by-mail system in place, also sent out ballots to voters who never asked for them. Many ballots were delivered to the wrong address. A nightmare situation that happened in New York’s June primary caused a 84,208 ballots to be disqualified. They were for legitimate reasons, but the point is that thanks to the chaos they were still counting the votes by August. Realizing the enormous problems from just a primary, they had to know that the chaos in the general election would be humongous by comparison. Was that intentional?
