How long are we going to have to go back and forth believing this garbage that the so-called “experts” tell us?
First, we were told we need to worry about global warming, then everyone was panicked about global freezing, then global warming which they renamed climate change, now it’s time for another freeze according to NASA.
The whole reason they renamed it climate change is so that no matter what the climate looks like, they can find fault in something. If it’s too hot, it’s because of climate change. If it’s too cold, it’s because of climate change. It’s a win-win scenario for the climate change crowd.
I liken it to people who look at our current events to predict the second coming of Jesus. If there is war, it’s a sign that he is coming soon because there will be wars and rumors of wars.
If there is peace, it’s a sign that he is coming soon because peace comes before sudden destruction. No matter what’s going on in the world whether it be global strife or global peace, they can say it’s a sign.
That’s not a jab at Christians by any means, nor do all Christians believe that way. I am a very devout Reformed Presbyterian myself, I just think there is more to the story than the simplified scenario.
NASA scientists fear it could be a repeat of the Dalton Minimum, which happened between 1790 and 1830 — leading to periods of brutal cold, crop loss, famine and powerful volcanic eruptions.
Temperatures plummeted by up to 2 degrees Celsius (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit) over 20 years, devastating the world’s food production.
On April 10, 1815, the second-largest volcanic eruption in 2,000 years happened at Mount Tambora in Indonesia, killing at least 71,000 people.
It also led to the so-called Year Without a Summer in 1816 — also nicknamed “eighteen hundred and froze to death” — when there was snow in July.
So far this year, the sun has been “blank” with no sunspots 76 percent of the time, a rate surpassed only once before in the Space Age — last year, when it was 77 percent blank.
The earth naturally goes through cycles. It always has and it always will until the Lord returns.
