Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died Friday night at 87 years old from pancreatic cancer and many mourners were very concerned about how President Donald J. Trump would reaction to the news.

Trump had been speaking for some time, from an event in Minnesota, at the point that news channels broke their coverage away from him and reported RBG’s death, which was a surprise to them all, although they had prepared memorials for her, and were ready to go months ago, even having made a mistaken announcement of her death months ago, broadcasting a memorial slide prematurely.

Trump had been at a campaign event he called a “Silent Protest” when he heard the news from what appeared to be someone in the press pool, who informed the president as he was leaving and about to board Air Force one, in the following video we see that Trump is somewhat taken back when someone calls him over, he listens, and then responds with, “she just died?”

Trump reels back a little takes a second to compose himself and says, “wow… “, he shakes his head a little bit… “I didn’t know that, I am .. you are just now telling me this for the first time…” he said. He stops, puts his hands up and said, “she lead an amazing life, what elee can you say? She was an amazing woman, whether you agree or not, she was an amazing woman.. who led an amazing life. Umm.. I am actually sad to hear that. I am sad to head that. Thank you very much,” Trump said and walked to the plane.

In the background, from the event site, which happened at an open airplane hanger, the song by Elton John’s John’s “Tiny Dancer”, adding to the emotion of the moment, because many people noted that RBG was very tiny in stature, and had been riddled with illness for a long time.

She had refused to retire, preferring to work up to her deathbed, even when she couldn’t fully participate with her duties.

Trump’s reaction shows great depth of empathy and concern and respect that most of his political opponents will claim they never saw in him.

Trump released the following statement later:

The death of RBG was an instant firestorm of controversy with pundits, politicans and activists turning to Twitter to respond, logging their reactions.

Reza Aslan posted,”If they even TRY to replace RBG we burn the entire fucking thing down.”

Many broadcasters were concerned about the escalating violence from the left over the loss of RBG, their icon, but also because of what she represented to the High Court. RBG was the far-left radical icon, who ushered in drastic cultural changes with her rulings, that shift American culture. In her absence, Trump will choose and successor and that person is sure to be a Conservative choice,as that is a large part of Trump’s platform.

Early in September Trump announced his list of choices for the Supreme Court nominees and the list included people who had committed to ending the landmark Roe v Wade that is the cornerstone to many far-left radical policy demands by the left that inspire everything from gun control to education to health care reform.

Conservative Senator Tom Cotton from Arkansas was one of Trump’s choices, he posted immediately upon hearing of Trump’s announcement the following:

The death of RBG signifies a shift in the court that will impact generations of America, and the left is very, very concerned about that hoping to stave off the nomination until they can replace Trump.

Far left leader were posting within moments of hearing of her death an unverified story about RBG deathbed wish:

Note the first reaction and who will get the empathy award:
