Mark Levin has become a fiery defender of President Donald J. Trump after being unsure of him in 2016, even to the point of alienating his own listenership by denouncing Trump back then, and was not always kind to Trump supporters.

However, Levin now understands Trump’s determined and bold defense of the US Constitution, which is unlike almost any other US politician of our time, so Levin is on the Trump team for the 2020 Presidential election.

The Democrats hate the US Constitution, he said. “There is nothing there that says that the President stops being President in his late years, he said quoting Ruth Bader Ginsburg herself. “

“This seat doesn’t belong to Ruth Bader Ginsburg, it doesn’t belong to anyone. It belongs to the people of the United States of America, and the American people and the President has a say. We have a Constitutional system as we know, and it says that the President makes a nomination and what the Democrats want to do is sabotage this entire process. There is an excellent piece in the National Review that says that 29 times in American History, there has been an open Supreme Court vacancy in a Presidential election or Lame-Duck session before the next Presidential Inauguration and the President made a nomination in all 29 cases,” Levin told Fox and Friends.

George Washington did it three times, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson did it, Abraham Lincoln did it, Ulysses Grant did it, Franklin Roosevelt did it, Dwight Eisenhauer did it, Barack Obama did it,” he said.

“22 of the 45 men who have held the office have faced this situation and now 23. All 22 made the decision to send up a nomination, whether or not they had the votes in the Senate. So in every single incidence of a President has made a nomination and why, because it is compelled by the Constitution,” Levin said.

Levin talked about the Democrats tactics to stack the court and the far left activism of Ginsburg, saying that the choosing to not fill the vacancy would be unprecedented in American history, and he continues to rip into the far left Marxist tactics calling the Democrat party the party of “Antifa”, while lawless riots are going on, saying that they will take to the streets over the RGB replacement.

“They will be crushed. You heard AOC… ” Levin said, and just went bombastic. Watch the clip. The interview will air Sunday night at 8 pm on Fox.
