I’ve been posting this for some time now. However there is likely NOT going to be a paper trail. The money was returned to American politicians in cash. Similar to what Menendez had in the pockets of clothing hanging in his closets. Someone overseas would call a senator or congressman and say, for example, ‘we need to circumcise men in Mozambique’. The pol knew it was going into the caller’s pocket, but would arrange for USAID or some other leftist agency to send the money so a few pairs of scissors could be purchased. A ‘fee’ for said largess was passed back to the pol in cash.
