Local reports and public safety warnings indicate that Capitol police are conducting an investigation of a “suspicious package” located near the U.S. Capitol building.
This follows an incident on the previous day when a young male staffer for Maryland Senator Ben Cardin was seen engaging in and filming explicit sexual activity with his older partner within the Hart Senate Office Building.
The staffer has since been dismissed, though Senator Cardin’s office has declined to state why they took such action.
Conservative activist Greg Price first reported this story approximately one hour before news outlets reported the suspicious package incident.
The Democrats have been dealt a blow with the revelations that an ex-staffer has appeared in an advertisement for Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign.
The incident is likely one which Biden and his allies in the Democrat media are hoping Americans will simply forget about, however it appears to be trending at number 10 in the United States on X.
It appears that, whenever an issue which could prove damaging to the Regime gains widespread attention on Capitol Hill, something else quickly emerges to take its place in the spotlight.

WASHINGTON – U.S. Capitol Police are investigating a suspicious package near the East Front Plaza of the U.S. Capitol Building.
Staff and other personnel are directed to avoid this area until further notice. There are no reported injuries at this time.
Drivers and individuals are advised to use alternative routes.
This continues to be an ongoing investigation.
