The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has launched a lawsuit against Elon Musk over his purchase of X/Twitter, which was made in 2022.
This action follows an earlier subpoena issued by the SEC in September 2020 for Musk to appear in court to provide testimony on the matter. Consequently, many are questioning whether the Biden administration is attempting to reverse what appears to be a legally sound transaction.
To date, there is no evidence suggesting that this investigation is motivated by anything other than ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Another witch-hunt has started.
The SEC, which has been investigating Elon’s 2022 purchase of Twitter shares, is now suing to force him to testify and comply with their subpoena.

It is clear that the Twitter Files, which have been extensively covered by The Gateway Pundit, caused considerable embarrassment to the former Twitter administration and Joe Biden’s team.
In addition, it has been reported that in an effort to protect free speech on X, Elon Musk pushed for the publication of these files. This has had a direct connection to this occurrence.
Furthermore, it has also been reported that IRS agents even showed up at Matt Taibbi’s home in an attempt at intimidation.
And I'm sure it has nothing at all to do with Elon getting rid of old Twitter's censorship regime and releasing the Twitter files which deeply embarrassed the Biden administration.

This is the latest manifestation of the Regime’s intimidation tactics towards Musk, as previously revealed through their legal action against SpaceX for not hiring refugees.
Moreover, they have also initiated a lawsuit against Tesla and requested that Musk provide internal Twitter communications.
Just so we're keeping score: The Biden DOJ is suing SpaceX for not hiring refugees, the DOJ and SEC are investigating Tesla, the EEOC is also suing Tesla, the FTC demanded @elonmusk hand over internal Twitter comms and the SEC is now investigating Elon's purchase of Twitter.

Musk responded to today’s tragedy by calling for a complete restructuring of the SEC and the formation of a committee to take punitive action against those exploiting their power.
A comprehensive overhaul of these agencies is sorely needed, along with a commission to take punitive action against those individuals who have abused their regulatory power for personal and political gain.
Can’t wait for this to happen.

ICYMI: Big Update On Next Phase of Biden Impeachment Inquiry
More company CEOs should call for the punishment of agencies and their employees who abuse their authority. The punishment should be draconian, or at least proportional to the amount of damage the agencies could have done to the company involved.
And of course, if we went biblical, according to Proverbs 6:30-31 the amount an agency should forfeit should be 7 times that they took from a company.
Does anybody remember President Trump mobilizing the SEC, IRS, FBI, DOJ, DOE or any other agency to harass or punish political opponents? I don’t, do you?
I forgot to include EEOC, FTC, FEC agencies as pursuing political opponents.
biden doesn’t like free speech! He likes to lie!
Well, Communist China Joe, here’s What I call free speech, see how you like it; FJB and all Communist Democrats and Rinos.
That sounds good to me
