The Department of Justice has recently unveiled what seems to be incriminating texts and images retrieved from Hunter Biden’s iPhone. These digital pieces, originating around the time he acquired a handgun, suggest his involvement with drugs during that period.

Hunter Biden is currently being investigated by the DOJ for potentially providing false information on the federal firearms background check form.

This form is mandatory for individuals seeking to purchase firearms, requiring them to disclose any addiction to or usage of illegal substances.

Within the Justice Department’s comprehensive 10-page filing are various text messages and photographs captured shortly before and after Hunter Biden’s firearm acquisition.

These pieces of evidence strongly imply his engagement in drug-related activities at that time.

“Prior to October 12, 2018 (the date of the gun purchase), the defendant took photos of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia on his phone,” the court filing said. “Also, prior to his gun purchase, the defendant routinely sent messages about purchasing drugs.”

“On October 13, 2018, and October 14, 2018 (the day after and two days after he purchased the firearm), the defendant messaged his girlfriend about meeting a drug dealer and smoking crack,” the DOJ added.

“For example on October 13, 2018, the defendant messaged her and stated, ‘… I’m now off MD Av behind blue rocks stadium waiting for a drug dealer named Mookie.’”

The Western Journal reported that there is a stadium called Blue Rocks in Wilmington, Del., which happens to be Biden’s hometown.

On Oct. 14, 2018, Biden mentioned in another text that he was sleeping on a car and smoking crack on the intersection of 4th Street and Rodney, both located in Wilmington.

Furthermore, the filing included texts from Hallie Biden, who was his girlfriend at the time and also the widow of his deceased brother Beau Biden.

In an Oct. 23, 2018 text, he wrote, “Are you insane. This is no game. And you’re being totally irresponsible and unhinged.”

“Who in their right mind would trust you would help me get sober?” he wrote in another text, referencing an encounter he had with the “f***king FBI” regarding the handgun.

She reportedly discarded the handgun in a dumpster behind a grocery store earlier in the day. Hunter wrote that it was in a “locked car on another property.”

She answered, “I’m sorry, I just want you to be safe. That was not safe,” and then refuted him, texting that the car “was open unlocked and windows down and the kids search your car.”

“You have lost your mind hunter,” Hallie continued. “I’m sorry I handled it poorly today but you are in huge denial about yourself and about that reality that I just want you safe. You run away like a child and blame me for your s***.”

“It’s to be expected that you go, you prove repeatedly that you can’t stay and really do work on yourself,” Hallie said. “It’s easier for you to avoid looking within and cowardly to constantly point the blame on me.”

Hunter responded on Nov. 21, 2018: “I’m a f***ing better man than any man you know whether I’m smoking crack or not.”

“I don’t blame my addiction on you,” he added on Nov. 29, 2018.

Also, in the final texts included in the DOJ’s filing that were sent to “Person 2,” Hunter wrote he is an “addict,” noting further (with misspelling): “I’ll fuxking get sober when I want to get f***ing sober.”

In September, a grand jury indicted him on three separate firearms charges related to his purchase and the information he provided on the firearms form. He has entered a plea of not guilty.

Recently, two committees in the Republican-led House decided to reissue subpoenas to Hunter Biden. This action was taken after both committees held him in contempt of Congress for failing to comply with subpoenas issued in mid-December.

According to ABC News, Chairman Jim Jordan of the House Judiciary Committee and Chairman James Comer of the House Oversight Committee announced that they would issue new subpoenas.

This decision came after Biden’s attorney, Abby Lowell, agreed that his client would testify in a closed-door session.

Earlier this month, chaos erupted during an Oversight Committee hearing when Republicans and Democrats clashed with each other after Hunter unexpectedly appeared in the gallery.

  • Ha-f’n HA. Now mush-headed Biden gets to experience his own weaponized DOJ’s wrath. He and his crackhead son have been protected for 6 years from any kind of prosecution but now that Obama can see that there is no way his ancient puppet in the White House can win his fourth term, the Marxist pack has turned on the old dog that must go.

  • The DOJ is little more than a wing of the Democrat party. The elites of the party have decided it is time for Biden to leave.

  • The DOJoke as it stands should be done away with, along with all the slime that runs it. I know, easier said then done. But the sonner the better off we all will be….hopefully.
I know there are no garentess with this rudderless opperation.

  • The DOJ did this to purposely contaminate the jury pool to have grounds to convince any leftist judge to throw out any legal action against Hunter ………..and Joe!
