A recent decision by a federal judge permits Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to proceed with a lawsuit against the Biden administration.
Louisiana U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty made the ruling, as reported by Fox News last week. The lawsuit pertains to the Biden administration’s alleged social media censorship of one of Kennedy’s charities.
This development coincides with Kennedy’s suspension of his presidential campaign and his endorsement of former President Donald Trump.
There will be more details on this soon.
The lawsuit revolves around the Children’s Health Defense charity, established by Kennedy with the aim of eradicating childhood health crises by reducing toxic exposure.
Kennedy claims that the Biden administration orchestrated the censorship of his charity due to its skepticism about the safety of certain vaccines for children. Specifically, Kennedy alleges that Facebook, Youtube, and other platforms succumbed to pressure from the Biden administration to silence his charity.
Doughty has given the green light for this lawsuit to move forward.
In his ruling, he wrote:
The Court finds that Kennedy is likely to succeed on his claim that suppression of content posted was caused by actions of Government Defendants, and there is a substantial risk that he will suffer similar injury in the near future.
Kennedy’s major news from the previous week includes his authorization to sue the Biden administration for censoring his charity. Furthermore, he has decided to terminate his presidential campaign and has joined forces with Trump.
Kennedy is currently engaged in campaigning for Trump and against Vice President Kamala Harris.
Kennedy, for example, recently said:
What "MAGA" really means

Polls indicate that Kennedy’s decision could potentially tilt the 2024 presidential election in favor of Trump.
This is based on the assumption that a greater number of Kennedy’s supporters, particularly those in key swing states, are likely to vote for Trump rather than Harris.
