Recent studies show that the spike protein, a key component of SARS-CoV-2, can be found in all variants of the virus. Additionally, it is produced in the body when individuals receive a Covid-19 injection.

Even if no symptoms have been experienced or tested positive for Covid-19 after being vaccinated, experts warn that spike proteins may still remain in the body.

To address this issue and eliminate any lingering spike proteins, doctors and holistic practitioners are suggesting taking simple preventative measures.

First, let’s talk about what spike proteins are.

The SARS-CoV-2 virus contains a spike protein on its surface, which is identifiable by the sun-like protrusions often seen in images of the coronavirus. During natural infection, this spike protein facilitates viral entry into cells by way of the S2 region, which enables fusion between the envelope and cell membrane.

Additionally, it allows for detection by the immune system so that antibodies can be generated to target and bind the virus.

Spike proteins are also produced by your body after taking a Covid-19 jab, and they function similarly in that they are able to fuse to cell membranes. In addition, since they are made in your own cells, your cells are then targeted by your immune system in an effort to destroy the spike protein. Thus, your immune system’s response to spike proteins can damage your body’s cells.

Emerging evidence is also showing that in the nucleus of our cells the spike protein impairs our cells’ ability to repair DNA.

Why you should consider detoxing now:

The spike protein from a natural infection or a Covid vaccine has been linked to toxic effects in our body’s cells, making it imperative to take action to detoxify from it as soon as possible.

The virus spike protein has been linked to adverse effects, such as: blood clots, brain fog, organising pneumonia, and myocarditis.

The Covid-19 vaccine side effects are discussed in the WCH post-injection guide.

A Japanese biodistribution study for the Pfizer vaccine found that, in the 48 hours post-vaccination, vaccine particles had traveled to various tissues throughout the body and did not stay at the injection site, with high concentrations found at the liver, bone marrow, and ovaries.

Recent studies suggest that spikeopathy may result in inflammatory and clotting effects in any tissue where the spike protein accumulates.

Peer-reviewed research on mice has demonstrated that the spike protein is capable of penetrating the blood-brain barrier. Consequently, if it is not eliminated from the body, it could lead to serious neurological harm in humans.

1. Proactive and supportive measures

It is often said that prevention is better than cure, and this certainly holds true when it comes to health. By taking proactive measures to maintain a healthy lifestyle, such as eating a balanced diet, we can avoid many illnesses in their early stages.

This minimizes the chances of developing more severe conditions which require much more intensive treatments. Therefore, it is essential that we take preventive measures to protect our health.

It is important to be mindful of one’s diet in order to reduce inflammation. A low-histamine diet has been suggested as an effective way to achieve this goal. Additionally, processed foods and genetically modified organisms should be avoided whenever possible.

2. Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is a practice in which meal times are alternated between voluntary fasting and non-fasting periods. Generally, people who practice intermittent fasting consume all of their daily calories within 6-8 hours each day.

This style of dieting has been known to induce autophagy, an internal process in human cells that involves the degradation and recycling of components. Autophagy can also be used by the body to eliminate damaged cell proteins and destroy harmful viruses and bacteria following infection.

3. Take Daily Multivitamins

Daily consumption of a multivitamin is advised. It provides a basic supply of vitamin A, vitamin E, iodine, selenium, trace elements, and more in addition to vitamin C and vitamin D3.

It is important to note that not all vitamins are the same in terms of quality and efficacy.

The majority of doctors recommend spray vitamins, which provide numerous advantages over traditional pill-form vitamins, such as massively enhanced absorption rates and ease of use.

4. Heat Therapy

Heat therapy, such as taking saunas and hot baths, are considered by experts an excellent way of detoxing spike proteins.

If you are experiencing severe side effects, there are a host of easily attainable, natural solutions to reduce your body’s spike protein load that you can take in conjunction with your daily vitamins.

According to the World Council for Health, some “Protein Binding Inhibitors” inhibit the binding of the spike protein to human cells, while others neutralize the spike protein so that it can no longer cause damage to human cells.

Spike Protein Inhibitors: Prunella vulgaris, pine needles, emodin, neem, dandelion leaf extract, ivermectin

Spike Protein Neutralizers: N-acetylcysteine (NAC), glutathione, fennel tea, star anise tea, pine needle tea, St. John’s wort, comfrey leaf, vitamin C

  • Ivermectin has been shown to bind to the spike protein, potentially rendering it ineffective in binding to the cell membrane.
  • Several plants found in nature, including pine needles, fennel, star anise, St. John’s wort, and comfrey leaf, contain a substance called shikimic acid, which may help to neutralize the spike protein. Shikimic acid may help to reduce several possible damaging effects of the spike protein, and is believed to counteract blood clot formation.
  • Regular oral doses of vitamin C are useful in neutralizing any toxin.
  • Pine needle tea has powerful antioxidant effects and contain high concentrations of vitamin C.
  • Nattokinase, an enzyme derived from the Japanese soybean dish ‘Natto’, is a natural substance whose properties may help to reduce the occurrence of blood clots.

Stay healthy, my friends!

  • This whole article is full of misinformation. Too many “experts” are simply repeating BS that they were taught in school about virus theory. THIS IS NOT A VIRUS! It is a patented man-made bioweapon which cause endosomal reaction. Additionally, the vaccine is contaminated with other chemicals and nano particles that cause other damage.

    1) The spike protein is NOT in a virus, it is created by the human body in response to a combination of pathogens or environmental conditions (endosomal reaction). In the case of Covid, the pathogen is a man-made bioweapon administered through contaminated test swaps, contaminated commercially available masks, and a number of vaccines (to include the previous seasonal flu shots).
    2) ALL of the cells in the human body can produce the spike protein, but normally they are attacked by the immune system which then adjusts to identify and eliminate it permanently (natural immunity). Not so with the mRNA shot which permanently rewires the cell DNA to produce the spike protein all the time – it can not be stopped and will eventually kill the person by damaging the immune system or organs and cause any of 100+ severe medical issues. You can possibly prolong your life by changing your diet and/or adding the right immune system enhancing vitamins and minerals, but eventually it will cause more damage than your body can handle/repair.
    3) There is no prevention once the person gets the jab!

Until people understand these facts, they will remain as clueless as the medical people who push this fake vaccine and other petrochemical drugs!

  • Never trust your “government “. Don’t believe me..? Just ask any Indian..ask any Americans living on the southern border..but if you do trust them..then please get your clot shot we need to be rid of stupid people anyway
