The Biden Administration, after stating they would not mandate a vaccine in the past, have gone against their own word and have mandated vaccines.

The Biden regime is picking a fight with the hardest working Americans in the country, while Biden claims he is protecting these same Americans. The mandate will affect employers with more than 100 employees. All employees must be vaccinated or go through weekly COVID tests.

Biden’s new action plan rules will be enforced by OSHA. If a business does not comply with the mandate, the Biden Administration will fine the businesses $14,000 for each. The mandate is going to have an impact upon at least 100 million hard-working Americans.

While Democrats seem to be on board with the mandate, Republican senators have spoken up against the mandate and have vowed to challenge the mandate. Ted Cruz and Gov. Doug Ducey are among the Republicans fighting against the mandate.

While Republicans believe in American citizens’ freedoms and individual choices, Democrats have praised Biden and his urgent tone and actions in the mandate. Democrats are blaming the non-vaccinated for the current COVID escalation.

White House Chief of Staff, Ronald Klain, is either on our side, or is dumb and spilled the beans after he posted to social media telling the country the quiet part out loud.

Apparently, there is a work-around with this mandate.

Fox News reported,

Klain retweeted MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle, who posted, “OSHA doing this vaxx mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is the ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations.”

The New York Times pointed out that OSHA is tasked with overseeing workplace safety and has the authority to “quickly issue a rule, known as an emergency temporary standard, if it can show that workers are exposed to a grave danger and that the rule is necessary to address that danger. The rule must also be feasible for employers to enforce.”

Ted Cruz pointed out how they know what they’re doing is wrong.
