It wasn’t Joe Biden’s answers so much that bothered debate watchers. It was the questions he refused to answer that’s the worry. Biden refused to say if he would support doing away with the filibuster rule or packing the Supreme Court. These are questions that every voter should want the answer to. When someone refuses to answer, it generally means yes.

The Democrats know they have to pack the court because the majority will follow the constitution. That just wouldn’t work for them at all. But, by packing the court, they would give themselves an insurmountable majority on the court.

Doing away with filibuster will also give the Democrats an edge no party has ever had. If they retain the House and win the White House and Senate, the Democrats could pass all of their radical agenda. The ordinary Americans could wake up one day and find their inalienable rights have been alienated. There would no longer be a First or Second Amendment.

Trump and Biden had a back and forth over this:

Biden began to circle around the issue, dodging the question. “Whatever position I take in that, that will become the issue. The issue is the American people should speak. You should go out and vote. You’re in voting now. Vote and let your senators know…”

“Are you going to pack the Court?” Trump pressed.

Biden repeated himself, “vote and let your senators know…”

“Are you going to pack the Court? He doesn’t want to answer the question,” the president added.

“I’m not going to answer that question,” Biden responded.

“Why aren’t you going to answer that question?” Trump pressed.

“Would you shut up, man?” the Democrat responded.

The president took a different tack. “Who is on your list, Joe?” he asked.

“This is so unpresidential,” Biden responded.

“Who is on your list, Joe?” Trump repeated.

President Trump released the list of judges he would appoint to SCOTUS in 2016 and again this year. But Joe Biden absolutely refuses to tell voters what he would do. That means he knows they wouldn’t like the answer. Like Trump or not, you always know where he stands. That means a lot.

Biden’s refusal is worrisome and means that he plans to do it or at least he will seriously consider doing so. By bringing up the number of justices on the Supreme Court, the Democrats could turn a 6-3 disadvantage into a 9-6 majority. Liberals on the court seldom wander away from the reservation and as such would vote for their ideology and not based on the constitution.

Biden gave a very bizzare answer as to why he would not answer the question:

“Whatever the position I take, that will be the issue. The issue is the American people should speak. You should go out and vote. You are voting now. Vote and let your senators know how strongly you feel. Vote now. Make sure you in fact let people know.”

In fact, Biden did not answer any questions on policy. He repeated the lie he told when he was VP. He said green energy will create millions of jobs. They never have in any country let alone this one.
