US District Court Judge Carl J. Nichols has dismissed efforts by three supporters of former President Donald Trump who sought to have their Dominion lawsuits that are centered around their claims that the machines produced by the voter systems company were rigged against Trump.

The judge said that the Dominion Voting Systems defamation lawsuit can go forward against Rudy Giuliani, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, and attorney Sidney Powell.

Nichols’s ruling came a day after Dominion filed a number of $1.6 billion lawsuits against Newsmax, One America News Network and the former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne. I guess if you’re going to try to intimidate people you go big.

From Deadline:

The judge said that the voting systems company had enough grounds to pursue its lawsuits against Giuliani, Lindell, and Powell, where they are asking for damage of $1.3 billion each.

Nichols dismissed Giuliani’s argument that Dominion’s lawsuit against him should be dismissed over procedural grounds because of the way Dominion was claiming damages, saying that Dominion’s claim of lost profits was entered with “adequate specificity.”

Powell argued to the court that her statements that Dominion filed over were opinion and not fact and that the company failed to allege that she acted with malice and/or that she knew what she was saying was false. Nichols concluded that the company “adequately alleged that Powell made her claims knowing that they were false, or at least with serious doubts as to their truthfulness.”

The judge gave a comparable conclusion on Lindell’s arguments to dismiss, as Dominion’s lawsuit named his MyPillow company as a defendant. He noted that Dominion had “alleged numerous instances in which Lindell told audiences to purchase MyPillow products after making his claims of election fraud and providing MyPillow promotional codes related to those theories. In totality, it has adequately alleged that Lindell made his claims knowing that they were false or with reckless disregard for the truth.”

In fairness, Lindell advertised a lot because the Democrats and leftist groups boycotted all companies that sold MyPillow products. On top of that, Lindell was silenced by the tech tyrants of social media and he was blocked out by news networks. The Left was trying to destroy his pillow company because he had serious questions about the integrity of the 2020 election. You’re not allowed to have opinions when you support Donald Trump.

Anyone who has listened to Lindell or watched his shows on frankspeech.com knows he is serious as a heart attack on his claims that Dominion rigged the 2020 election against Donald Trump. It is fairly obvious that he is sincere in his efforts to prove the election was rigged.

Nichols also threw out Powell and Lindell’s request to toss Dominion’s deceptive trade practices claims, and to have the lawsuits tossed on jurisdictional grounds.

This news may seem really bad, but don’t read into it too much. The judge’s ruling isn’t saying that the three are guilty of anything; only that Dominion’s lawyers satisfied the requirements to move their cases forward.

Meanwhile, Lindell has countersued Dominion, alleging violations of the First and Fourteenth amendments.

The voting systems company has filed a defamation claim against Fox News. Fox is seeking to have that lawsuit thrown out by claiming the lawsuit is an attack on their First Amendment right to report on the 2020 election. A similar argument was made by Newsmax in a statement issued on Tuesday claiming Dominion’s lawsuit is an attempt to “squelch” their reporting on public figures and “undermine a free press.”

After the 2020 election debacle, Powell and Giuliani both made numerous appearances on Fox, Newsmax, and One America News.

Lindell had purchased a lot of commercial air time on Fox but recently said he was pulling his spots because the network wouldn’t allow him to run ads promoting a cyber symposium where the MyPillow CEO was going to reveal evidence he claims he has against Dominion. Was that because Dominion sued Fox?

It’s going to be a very interesting series of lawsuits coming up. However, I am worried about the defendant’s cases, because we now live in a communist country where lawlessness reigns supreme in our courts and the other two branches of government. Nichols was appointed by Trump but the communists are in charge now. The Biden administration has a very large interest in seeing the people who made claims he stole the 2020 election taken down. We know this administration has acted lawlessly in many things they have done since January, disregarding our immigration laws, enacting racist anti-white rules in COVID relief polices and many other thing.

I worry that whichever judge(s) hear the cases will deny the defendants the right to present their evidence, which is pretty much why Dominion has filed suits against them. The defendants made claims about the company and said they have evidence to back it up. It would not surprise me at all if the courts denied them the right to present their evidence. The Constitution doesn’t mean anything to the Marxists. Remember, not a single judge allowed evidence to be presented in any of the lawsuits filed after the election by the Trump legal team. Judges argued against the lawsuits for procedural reasons or lack of standing. Everyone knew it was bogus, but what could they do? The US Supreme Court even refused to hear a case presented by the state of Texas, and it was reported that Chief Justice John Roberts turned down The Lone Star State’s case because he was afraid of riots. You just never know what’s going to happen, because we now live in dark times.
