Biden Goes Full Tyrant After Leak, Says The ‘Public’ Won’t Decide, ‘I’m Not Prepared to Leave That to the Whims Of…

When it comes to privacy rights and other difficult matters such as abortion or birth control, Joe Biden has stated categorically that he will not allow the people to make the decision.

Prior to boarding Air Force One, Biden spoke with members of the media.

A reporter asked Biden whether or not “changes need to be made to the Court in light of this, if this decision holds?”

“We have to choose — I mean, look, one of the reasons why I voted against a number of the members of the Court: They refuse to acknowledge that there’s a 9th Amendment. They refuse to acknowledge there’s a right to privacy,” Biden said.

Hold on a second… a right to privacy? What happened to my right to choose whether or not to receive a vaccine? Sounds like a double standard to me.

The president continued by adding, “I mean, there are so many fundamental rights that are affected by that. And I’m not allo- — I’m not prepared to leave that to the whims and the — and the — of the public at the moment in local areas.”

That’s about as unconstitutional as it gets in this country.

When asked if the Senate should abandon the filibuster if the verdict is upheld, Biden refused to answer.

“I’m not — I’m not prepared to make those judgments now about — but, you know, I think the codification of Roe makes a lot of sense,” he said.

The left is now attempting to undermine the legal system in whatever way they can.

Isn’t it amusing how quickly Democrats become concerned about privacy and personal choice when one of their policies is threatened with being overturned?

Due to the fact that they cannot control the Supreme Court, the Democrats appear to have orchestrated this entire leak in order to undermine its credibility.
